Alla vid bordet b\u00f6r ha en rej\u00e4l servett och var gener\u00f6s med m\u00e4ngden. G\u00f6r inte f\u00f6r lite! Annars g\u00e4ller total frihet och njutning.<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r inga konstigheter. En enkel r\u00e4tt, men f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 den fullkomligt perfekt kommer h\u00e4r n\u00e5gra tips.<\/p>\n<h2>Vitl\u00f6ksfr\u00e4sta r\u00e4kor \u2013 b\u00e4sta tipsen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Det \u00e4r r\u00e4ktider. Den lite heta vitl\u00f6ksdoftande oljan i pannan och rej\u00e4la klyftor citron r\u00e4cker l\u00e5ngt, men ibland blir det aioli. Idag med till\u00e4gg av saffran. Kn\u00e4ck \u00e4gget i beh\u00e5llaren till en stavmixer. L\u00e4gg i senap och salt. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 oljan. Pudra i saffran och riv ner vitl\u00f6ken. S\u00e4tt mixerstaven i botten p\u00e5 beh\u00e5llaren och k\u00f6r ig\u00e5ng samtidigt som du l\u00e5ngsamt drar staven upp\u00e5t. P\u00e5 n\u00e5gra sekunder har du en kr\u00e4mig gyllengul saffransaioli.<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka vitl\u00f6k chili och persilja. Hetta upp en ordentlig bottenskyla olja i en stekpanna. L\u00e4gg i hacket och r\u00e4korna. V\u00e4nd runt ett par g\u00e5nger och ta genast fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen.
