Vi bakar och njuter nygr\u00e4ddade saffransbullar. Men sen d\u00e5? N\u00e4r bullen mest \u00e4r torr? Frasigt, nystekta och doftande saffransriddare \u00e4r den gyllengula l\u00f6sningen! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Varje \u00e5r denna diskussion om julbullen nummer ett: saffransbullen, lussebullen. Det optimala saffransbaket? Hur? Jag har en del id\u00e9er om det, eller snarare har jag samlat <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/lussebulle-avancerad\/\">duktiga konditorers id\u00e9er som du kan kika p\u00e5 i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>. Men l\u00e5t oss vara \u00e4rliga. Hinner ni?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5got julbak blir det h\u00e4rhemma, men ocks\u00e5 en del mer eller mindre lyckade bullk\u00f6p. Inte alltid, men ofta lite f\u00f6r torrt utan den d\u00e4r doftande, underbara, juliga upplevelsen. S\u00e4rskilt om p\u00e5sen blir liggande n\u00e5gra extra timmar. Torrt. Trist.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 v\u00e4nder jag mig till id\u00e9n om riddaren. Bullr\u00e4ddaren. Och jag lovar, det blir s\u00e5 bra. L\u00e4tt som en pl\u00e4tt, bullarna halveras, doppas i en pannkaksliknande smet och steks. En p\u00e5nyttf\u00f6delse i adventstider.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Till dessa frasiga, nygr\u00e4ddade riddare vill vi ha vispad gr\u00e4dde och n\u00e5got fruktigt. Sylt \u00e4r fine, men nu vill jag hitta de optimala smakkompisarna till saffran. Det f\u00e5r bli en sorts kompott av apelsin, hallon och vanilj. Klockrena saffranskompanjoner.<\/p>\n<p>Jag lovar att det h\u00e4r tar den enklaste torra saffransbullen till en helt ny niv\u00e5. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Saffransriddare med smak-kompis-kompott<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 \u2013 6 torra saffransbullar<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>2 \u2013 2 \u00bd dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>en liten nypa salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Apelsin- och hallonkompott<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 apelsiner<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl frysta hallon<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd -2 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng eller 1 krm \u00e4kta vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u00e4ttvispad gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>B\u00f6rja med kompotten. Skala en apelsin med kniv. Strimla eventuellt lite av det yttersta orangea skalet f\u00f6r mer marmeladig smak. Skiva apelsinen mycket tunt.<\/li>\n<li>Pressa saften ur den andra apelsinen. Sk\u00e5ra vaniljst\u00e5ngen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg apelsinskivor, saft, hallon, socker och vanilj i en kastrull och koka p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills s\u00e5sen \u00e4r l\u00e4tt simmig och smaken sitter d\u00e4r den ska. Provsmaka d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. L\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Dela bullarna mitt itu. Vispa snabbt ihop \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk, vetemj\u00f6l och salt. V\u00e4rm en panna och klicka i lite sm\u00f6r eller neutral olja. Doppa bullarna hastigt i smeten och stek genast till fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Servera frasigt, doftande nystekta med n\u00e5gra skedar av kompotten och en klick gr\u00e4dde.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r sannerligen en bullr\u00e4ddare. S\u00e5 gott att jag riktigt l\u00e4ngtar efter den d\u00e4r p\u00e5sen med torrt halvtrist saffransbr\u00f6d. Allt gott!
