F\u00f6r dig som gillar h\u00f6ga smaker och ljuvliga dofter. Kort sagt f\u00f6r dig som verkligen gillar mat, men saknar tid. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Man skulle kunna byta namn p\u00e5 receptet och kalla det &#8221;matskribentens d\u00f6d&#8221;. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkelt att min insats \u00e4r helt f\u00f6rsumbar. Ingredienserna \u00e4r f\u00e5, ingenting beh\u00f6ver m\u00e4tas eller v\u00e4gas exakt. Dosera p\u00e5 en h\u00f6ft och jag lovar ett det blir bra. Ni kan sj\u00e4lva utan r\u00e5d och tips, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 n\u00e5gra ord.<\/p>\n<p>Ajvar relish, ni vet den r\u00f6da fr\u00e5n Balkan. S\u00e4ljs som helkonserv i glasburk. Ett av de f\u00e5 helfabrikat jag alltid har p\u00e5 lut hemma. Oftast inneh\u00e5ller den bara rena r\u00e5varor som r\u00f6d paprika, aubergine, l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k och salt. Ibland ocks\u00e5 chili och se upp f\u00f6r vissa sorter \u00e4r riktigt heta. Mycket gott f\u00f6r liten insats.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Vi anv\u00e4nder den till en hel rad saker och inte s\u00e4llan som smaks\u00e4ttning i grytor eller s\u00e5ser. Dagens laxr\u00e4tt \u00e4r den allra enklaste man kan t\u00e4nka. Den kan g\u00f6ras p\u00e5 fryst lax, men f\u00e4rsk \u00e4r s\u00e5 mycket godare. Du v\u00e4ljer. M\u00e4ngderna kan anpassas efter din smak. \u00a0Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Ajvarlax<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g f\u00e4rsk lax<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>3 dl gr\u00e4dde eller\/och cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd &#8211; 1 dl ajvar relish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Sk\u00e4r laxen i bitar, salta l\u00e4tt och l\u00e4gg dem i en form. Blanda ihop mejeri och ajvar. Smaka av tills du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med ajvarm\u00e4ngden.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll ajvarblandningen \u00f6ver laxen. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 15 \u2013 20 minuter. Tills den f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg och dofterna sprider sig.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med massor med gr\u00f6nsaker, kokta eller som sallad och ris eller potatis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sv\u00e5rare \u00e4r det inte. Riktigt bra mat f\u00f6r extremt liten insats. Allt gott!
