I all enkelhet r\u00e4cker det att sk\u00e4ra en skiva till kakorna, men nu blir det mjuk ostkr\u00e4m med en gl\u00f6ggkokt fikonbonus. Perfekt f\u00f6r helgens gl\u00f6ggmingel. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c4delost \u00e4r en klassiker till pepparkaka, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte s\u00e5 v\u00e4rst gammal. I press finns kombinationen belagd fr\u00e5n en artikel 1996. Annars finns det k\u00e4llor som ber\u00e4ttar om fenomenet fr\u00e5n sent 60-tal. Dessutom valn\u00f6tter som grovhackades.<\/p>\n<p>Inget m\u00e4rkv\u00e4rdigt, men en liten munsbit som passar gl\u00f6ggen och ser fin ut n\u00e4r den serveras.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c4delostkr\u00e4m till pepparkakor<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g \u00e4delost, jag anv\u00e4nde Kvibille gr\u00e4dd\u00e4del<\/li>\n<li>1 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fikonmarmelad<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g torkade fikon<\/li>\n<li>3 dl gl\u00f6gg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>pepparkakor<\/li>\n<li>valn\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Bryt ner osten i beh\u00e5llaren till en stavmixer. L\u00e4gg ner cr\u00e8me fraichen och mixa till en helt sl\u00e4t kr\u00e4m.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r fikonen i bitar. Koka p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme tillsammans med gl\u00f6ggen i 7 \u2013 8 minuter. Mixa till en sl\u00e4t marmelad. Alternativt kan du finhacka fikonen innan de kokas och beh\u00e5lla marmeladen s\u00e5 med lite bitar i.<\/li>\n<li>Servera ostkr\u00e4men, fikonmarmeladen och grovhackade valn\u00f6tter till pepparkakorna. Kr\u00e4men kan serveras bredvid eller spritsar p\u00e5 kakorna i sista stund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>De varma mustiga kryddorna som smaks\u00e4tter pepparkaka \u00e4r anv\u00e4ndbara till mycket.
