V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en ett av de d\u00e4r recepten som g\u00f6r stor skillnad f\u00f6r liten insats. Ingredienserna \u00e4r vanliga. Tillagningen \u00e4r enkel, men resultatet\u2026ja, det \u00e4r liksom s\u00e5 mycket mer.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rst ett par ord om julens potatis. Bara vanlig kokt av en utvald sort r\u00e4cker l\u00e5ngt. \u00c5ngande nykokt till sillen. Underbart! Men julens m\u00e5ltider \u00e4r m\u00e5nga och jag lovar att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett enkelt s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 skinkan och revbensspj\u00e4llen att jubla ocks\u00e5 n\u00e4r de plockas fram f\u00f6r andra och tredje g\u00e5ngen. K\u00f6ket doftar sm\u00f6r, rosmarin, timjan, kryddnejlika och apelsin.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tillagningen \u00e4r enkel och praktisk eftersom steg ett kan g\u00f6ra i god tid. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en synnerligen trevlig restr\u00e4tt. G\u00e5rdagens kokta julbordspotatis f\u00e5r en ny chans.<\/p>\n<p>Resultatet \u00e4r en potatisr\u00e4tt d\u00e4r mjuk krossad potatis f\u00e5r ett knaprigt, kryddigt rostat yttre. Fantastiskt gott helt enkelt!<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r hur mycket potatis som g\u00e5r \u00e5t p\u00e5 ett julbord? Det beror p\u00e5 antalet r\u00e4tter som bjuds och p\u00e5 g\u00e4sterna. Principen \u00e4r att ju fler r\u00e4tter desto mindre av varje. F\u00f6r potatis g\u00e4ller ungef\u00e4r 75 gram per person.<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r varianten kommer jag att servera som en del av en julmiddag snarare \u00e4n p\u00e5 julbordet och d\u00e5 g\u00e5r det \u00e5t mer, 175 \u2013 200 g.<\/p>\n<p>Nog pratat, s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Krossad potatis \u2013 den kryddigt knapriga julversionen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg potatis, g\u00e4rna sorten amandine<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl olivolja<\/li>\n<li>30 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>rivet skal fr\u00e5n \u00bd apelsin<\/li>\n<li>2 lagerblad<\/li>\n<li>2 kvistar timjan<\/li>\n<li>1 kvist rosmarin<\/li>\n<li>3 kryddnejlikor<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka potatisen med eller utan skal. Jag l\u00e5ter skalet vara kvar. Det h\u00e4r momentet kan g\u00f6ras i god tid.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. L\u00e4gg den kokta potatisen i en form och tryck s\u00f6nder den med botten p\u00e5 ett glas. Den ska inte mosas, bara tryckas till.<\/li>\n<li>Pensla med lite av olivoljan, salta och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen. Rosta tills det b\u00f6rjar ta f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret tillsammans med resten av oljan, apelsinskalet, lagerbladen, finhackade \u00f6rtkryddor och mortlad kryddnejlika.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut potatisen och pensla den med blandningen. S\u00e4tt tillbaka in i ugnen och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 tills k\u00f6ket doftar och potatisen har ett gyllenbrynt och knaprigt yttre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ikv\u00e4ll kommer jag att bjuda p\u00e5 mina potatisar med rostad, gr\u00e4ddstuvad brysselk\u00e5l och glaserade revbensspj\u00e4ll.
