N\u00e5gra rostade druvor till. Och knapriga honungsn\u00f6tter. Vi n\u00e4rmar oss fj\u00e4rde advent. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Juletider. Vi har verkligen taggat ner. Inget j\u00e4kt. Inget springa p\u00e5 stan och hetshandla. Fokus ligger helt p\u00e5 smak och doft som jag pytsar ut lite d\u00e5 och d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gon av kv\u00e4llarna s\u00e5h\u00e4r veckan f\u00f6re drar jag p\u00e5 ugnen f\u00f6r att v\u00e4rma brie och rosta druvor. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/adelostkram-till-pepparkakor\/\">Kanh\u00e4nda serveras det ocks\u00e5 pepparkakor med \u00e4delostkr\u00e4m.<\/a> M\u00f6jligen gl\u00f6gg. Lite sm\u00e5plockigt att samlas runt utan alltf\u00f6r stor arbetsinsats. H\u00f6r ni hur bra det l\u00e5ter?! Avancerat ocks\u00e5, fast sv\u00e5righetsgraden \u00e4r noll.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ugnsvarm brie beh\u00f6ver s\u00e4llskap. Det salta beh\u00f6ver lite s\u00f6tma och det mjuka kr\u00e4ver n\u00e5got knaprigt. N\u00f6tterna g\u00f6r underverk och jag adderar dessutom rostade druvor som ett fruktigt komplement. Verkligen inte dumt alls. Smaken koncentreras och p\u00e5minner om russin fast fr\u00e4schare. De ska f\u00e5 lite f\u00e4rg i ugnen och jag l\u00e4gger dem i formen med olivolja, salt och rosmarin. Ni m\u00e5ste prova!<\/p>\n<h2>Ugnsvarm brie och rostade vindruvor<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vindruvor, en klase<\/li>\n<li>(rosmarin)<\/li>\n<li>250 g brie eller camenbert, hel rund<\/li>\n<li>75 \u2013 100 g valn\u00f6tter och pistagen\u00f6tter eller andra<\/li>\n<li>2 msk honung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<p>supertunna skivor surdegsbr\u00f6d<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. L\u00e4gg vindruvorna i en form. Fint om klasen beh\u00e5lls ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att druvorna plockas av. L\u00e4gg eventuellt ner ett par kvistar rosmarin. Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och str\u00f6 p\u00e5 lite flingsalt.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta druvorna i ugnen cirka 10 minuter innan osten st\u00e4lls in. Efter ytterligare 5 minuter tas allt ut.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna i en panna tillsammans med honungen. R\u00f6r om tills honungen sm\u00e4lt. H\u00e4ll n\u00f6tblandningen \u00f6ver osten.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta eventuellt de tunna br\u00f6dskivorna i ugnen. Jag penslade mina med en aning olja och tog ut n\u00e4r de b\u00f6rjade f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg upp allt p\u00e5 en br\u00e4da och starta ett trevligt sm\u00e5plock.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allt gott!
