Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett konditorrecept och tanken \u00e4r fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan att fluffet ska anv\u00e4ndas som fyllning i bakelser och t\u00e5rtor, men det har verkligen st\u00f6rre potential. Definitivt en dessert-uppstickare s\u00e4ger jag.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4ttare \u00e4n mouss\u00e9 och klart enklare att g\u00f6ra. Jag t\u00e4nker mig att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en riktigt bra dessert f\u00f6r dig som \u00e4r sent ute och \u00e4nd\u00e5 vill g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got eget.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rbered allt fram till sj\u00e4lva vispningen av fluffet. Det momentet f\u00e5r v\u00e4nta till strax f\u00f6re servering.\u00a0Inget att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5, s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Ny\u00e5rsdessert &#8211; Apelsindoftande chokladfluff<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g mj\u00f6lkchoklad, eventuellt smaksatt med apelsin<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Vaniljmarinerad apelsin<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 apelsiner<\/li>\n<li>1 klementin<\/li>\n<li>1 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pistagen\u00f6tter<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd dl pistagen\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacka chokladen och l\u00e4gg den tillsammans med gr\u00e4dden i en kastrull. Hetta upp p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme och r\u00f6r s\u00e5 att chokladen sm\u00e4lter. Gr\u00e4dden f\u00e5r inte koka. St\u00e4ll i kyl att svalna helt.<\/li>\n<li>Hyvla ett par tunna bitar apelsinskal fr\u00e5n en av apelsinerna. Strimla skalet mycket fint. Sk\u00e4r sedan bort resten av skalet och sk\u00e4r ut hinnfria klyftor. G\u00f6r samma sak med klementinen.<\/li>\n<li>Pressa saften ur apelsinerna som \u00e4r kvar. Koka upp tillsammans med socker och den sk\u00e5rade vaniljst\u00e5ngen. Koka ihop till h\u00e4lften och l\u00e4gg i det strimlade skalet de sista minuterna. St\u00e4ll att svalna n\u00e5got innan apelsinkoket h\u00e4lls \u00f6ver klyftorna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna i en torr stekpanna och rosta l\u00e4tt. Avsluta med att r\u00f6ra i sockret som bara precis ska sm\u00e4lta innan n\u00f6tterna h\u00e4lls upp f\u00f6r att svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa choklad- och gr\u00e4ddblandningen till en fast mousse. Spritsa eller skeda upp i sk\u00e5lar eller glas, f\u00f6rdela apelsinklyftor och saft \u00f6ver.
