Saftiga, s\u00f6ta och s\u00e5 n\u00e4rodlat det kan bli. Jag skivar flera om dagen i apelsinsallad av olika slag, s\u00f6t eller salt. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apelsiner finns i aff\u00e4rerna \u00e5ret om, men nu \u00e4r de allra b\u00e4st. Vintertid \u00e4nda fram till v\u00e5rvintern \u00e4r sk\u00f6rden ig\u00e5ng p\u00e5 norra halvklotet. Fin citrusfrukt kommer bland annat fr\u00e5n Spanien, Grekland, Italien och Marocko.<\/p>\n<p>De vi \u00e4ter under sommaren har dubbelt s\u00e5 l\u00e5ng resv\u00e4g och den m\u00e4rks i smak och saftighet. B\u00e4sta s\u00e4songen \u00e4r nu. Nu \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 tiden f\u00f6r den alldeles underbara blodapelsinen. M\u00f6rkr\u00f6d och som s\u00f6tast i februari. De allra b\u00e4sta har vuxit i den svarta lavajorden vid kanten av vulkanen Etna p\u00e5 Sicilien.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r en stor apelsinv\u00e4n som serverar sallad med frukten minst ett par g\u00e5nger i veckan. Fruktsallad f\u00f6rst\u00e5s, men ocks\u00e5 i salta varianter. Faktum \u00e4r att jag allt oftare l\u00e4gger b\u00e5de frukt och b\u00e4r i vanliga sallader. Syra och en aning s\u00f6tma passar fint s\u00e4rskilt om det \u00e4r ost i salladen.<\/p>\n<p>Fruktsallad kan bli hur enkelt som helst, bara att sk\u00e4ra och blanda men den kan ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rfinas. Jag gillar att g\u00f6ra en sorts \u201ds\u00e5s\u201d som ringlas \u00f6ver. Reducera saften av en pressad apelsin med en sk\u00e5rad vaniljst\u00e5ng och lite honung. En helt annan variant \u00e4r tunt skivad apelsin med salta tillbeh\u00f6r. Det kan l\u00e5ta fel, men \u00e4r verkligen v\u00e4rt att testa. Direkt fr\u00e5n apelsinlunden till din d\u00f6rr utan mellanh\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4r finns m\u00f6jlighet att k\u00f6pa in sig p\u00e5 ett tr\u00e4d eller att best\u00e4lla en enskild l\u00e5da. Odlarna presenteras, frukten beskrivs och du f\u00e5r en bild av hur odlingen bedrivs. Allt \u00e4r inte ekologiskt, men mycket. Jag har \u00e4nnu inte provat men har f\u00e5tt tipset av andra som \u00e4r heln\u00f6jda.<\/p>\n<p>Allt gott!
