Jag \u00e4lskar att spritsa gr\u00e4dde och mandelmassan har jag gjort sj\u00e4lv, men baket\u2026de timmarna f\u00f6rsvann och ist\u00e4llet k\u00f6pte vi frasiga croissanter. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e5ng varje \u00e5r g\u00f6r jag ett riktigt bullbak och producerar semlor till alla som vill ha. Sen blir det bagerik\u00f6pta eller snabba hemgjorda varianter och de kan se ut p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt. Jag har till exempel <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/semmelkladdkaka-i-sista-stund\/\">en semmelkladdkaka som serveras i sm\u00e5 formar<\/a> och i \u00e5r skapades croissemlan.<\/p>\n<p>Egengjord mandelmassa stod i kylen och bad om s\u00e4llskap. Gr\u00e4dden fanns p\u00e5 plats och spritsen liksom ropade p\u00e5 mig. Bara br\u00f6det saknades. D\u00e5 slog P upp d\u00f6rren med en p\u00e5se croissanter och 10 minuter senare satt vi vid fikabordet.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6986\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6986\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2020\/02\/Croisemla-7-e1580827557619.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-6986\" src=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2020\/02\/Croisemla-7-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"skogtillbord-croissemla-feb20\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6986\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jag spritsar hellre \u00e4n bra, men rent teoretisk s\u00e5 vet jag att en perfekt gr\u00e4ddtopp till semlan b\u00f6rjar med att spritsen s\u00e4tt mitt i. Den spritsas inifr\u00e5n och ut. Samma princip f\u00f6r croissemla som f\u00f6r mini-semmel-kladdkaka som f\u00f6r vanliga hederliga semlor.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag kan verkligen utlova en succ\u00e9. Den frasiga, l\u00e4tta, aningen sm\u00f6rsalta croissanten till mandelmassans smakrika s\u00f6tma och den svala gr\u00e4dden. S\u00e5 gott.<\/p>\n<p>Man hinner inte alltid, men den som vill \u00e4nd\u00e5 kan g\u00f6ra lite. En variant av semla kan s\u00e5klart g\u00f6ras av andra f\u00e4rdiga br\u00f6d, eller bullar. Mandelmassa och gr\u00e4dde g\u00e5r till mycket. Kanelbullar kanske? Eller kardemummabullar!
