Nyt\u00e4nkandet ligger liksom f\u00f6r n\u00e4ra. Man ser inte m\u00f6jligheten fast den \u00e4r s\u00e5 tydlig, sen, n\u00e4r man v\u00e4l sett den. F\u00f6r mig har k\u00f6ttbullar liksom varit k\u00f6ttbullar, men \u00e4r de bara det?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag tillh\u00f6r den stora skaran f\u00e4rs\u00e4lskare. Precis som hela familjen och m\u00e5nga, m\u00e5nga andra familjer. Men vi har sv\u00e5rt att g\u00f6ra bara sm\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till n\u00e5got helt nytt. F\u00e4rsbullar p\u00e5 fisk, vad tror ni om det?!<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4romdagen hade jag tv\u00e5 middagsf\u00f6rslag. K\u00f6ttbullar eftersom jag vet att d\u00e5 blir lilla E glad eller fisksoppa eftersom jag vet att det gl\u00e4djer min \u00e4ldsta son alldeles s\u00e4rskilt. Barnen kunde inte enas utan tog till sten, sax, p\u00e5se och n\u00e4r det b\u00f6rjade hetta till mer \u00e4n det var t\u00e4nkt la jag mig i och best\u00e4mde.<\/p>\n<p>Det blir\u2026fiskk\u00f6ttbullar. Jaha och d\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara att st\u00e5 sitt kast vilket inte alls var kr\u00e5ngligt. Jag gjorde k\u00f6ttbullar fast p\u00e5 fisk. Superenkelt och f\u00f6rv\u00e5nansv\u00e4rt gott. Varf\u00f6r g\u00f6r man inte s\u00e5h\u00e4r?<\/p>\n<p>Det passade s\u00e4rskilt bra eftersom jag hade en samling sm\u00e5fisk i frysen, abborre och g\u00f6s. Ni vet, efter dagar n\u00e4r fiskelyckan \u00e4r stor i m\u00e4ngd snarare \u00e4n i storlek. Lite f\u00f6r sm\u00e5 f\u00f6r rej\u00e4la fil\u00e9er, men lite f\u00f6r stora f\u00f6r att inte ta med hem.<\/p>\n<p>Jag fil\u00e9ade och byxade . Ni vet v\u00e4l hur man g\u00f6r f\u00f6r at f\u00e5 perfekt benfria fil\u00e9er? Om inte, s\u00e5 finns ett blogginl\u00e4gg med detaljerad beskrivning<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/byxad-abborre\/\"> h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sedan var det bara att g\u00f6ra f\u00e4rs. Jag gjorde det enkelt f\u00f6r mig och k\u00f6rde fisken i matberedaren. F\u00e4rdigt p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra sekunder.<\/p>\n<p>Idag fick smaks\u00e4ttningen bli enkel. Jag k\u00f6rde p\u00e5 salt och l\u00f6k, men sj\u00e4lvklart kan man testa med olika sorters kryddning. Det \u00e4r verkligen en av f\u00e4rsens storheter, m\u00f6jligheten att smaks\u00e4tta.<\/p>\n<p>Stoppade lite extra smaker i s\u00e5sen ist\u00e4llet. L\u00e4tt att smaks\u00e4tta och varf\u00f6r inte g\u00f6ra den p\u00e5 fisk!? K\u00f6ttbulleformen \u00e4r \u00e4lskad och inbjudande. V\u00e4l v\u00e4rt rullandet. Enkelt och s\u00e5 gott!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>N\u00e4r man skriver recept \u00e4r det rimligt och brukligt att ange f\u00f6r hur m\u00e5nga man lagar. Vilket \u00e4r en n\u00e4rap\u00e5 om\u00f6jlig uppgift. H\u00e4r till exempel hade jag 600 g fiskfil\u00e9. Det b\u00f6r r\u00e4cka till fyra personer. Men om mina tv\u00e5 ton\u00e5rss\u00f6ner fick best\u00e4mma s\u00e5 \u00e4ter de g\u00e4rna hela lasset sj\u00e4lva.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu s\u00e4ger vi att det r\u00e4cker till fyra s\u00e5 f\u00e5r ni fundera lite \u00f6ver vilka ni har runt middagsbordet och anpassa lite efter det.<\/p>\n<h2>Fiskk\u00f6ttbullar 4-6 pers<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g fiskfil\u00e9, t.ex. abborre, g\u00f6s, torsk eller kolja<\/li>\n<li>2 skivor vitt formbr\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 liten gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 kokt kall potatis<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>ev 2 msk finskuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Gurks\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl creme fraiche<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl grekisk yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>1 liten gurka<\/li>\n<li>1 citron<\/li>\n<li>n\u00e5gra kvistar dill<\/li>\n<li>1 liten vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>B\u00f6rja med att k\u00f6ra br\u00f6det till smulor i en matberedare.<\/li>\n<li>Se till att fil\u00e9erna \u00e4r helt benfria. L\u00e4gg dem i en matberedare tillsammans med salt och k\u00f6r till f\u00e4rs. Det g\u00e5r blixtsnabbt s\u00e5 l\u00e5t inte beredaren g\u00e5 f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge.<\/li>\n<li>Riv den gula l\u00f6ken p\u00e5 rivj\u00e4rnets grova sida. Skala och riv potatisen p\u00e5 den fina sidan. Blanda alla ingredienserna och l\u00e4gg eventuellt till ett par matskedar finskuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. God smak och snyggt.<\/li>\n<li>Sedan \u00e4r det bara att rulla. 32 stycken runda, fina bullar stektes i en blandning av sm\u00f6r och rapsolja.<\/li>\n<li>Till s\u00e5sen sk\u00e4rs gurkan i t\u00e4rningar. Tv\u00e4tta citronen noga och riv det yttersta, gula skalet av halva. Sk\u00e4r dillen fint. Riv eller pressa vitl\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda s\u00e5sens alla ingredienser och smaka av med salt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Servera fiskk\u00f6ttbullarna pinf\u00e4rskt nystekta. D\u00e5 har de en f\u00f6rf\u00f6riskt frasig och oemotst\u00e5ndlig gyllenbrynt yta. Den svala s\u00e5sen till, dessutom potatis, en sallad och citron till den som vill.\u00a0F\u00e4rs av fisk \u00e4r det n\u00e5got ni brukar g\u00f6ra?
