Sen sl\u00e4pper vi l\u00f6s v\u00e5r inre smak-kreat\u00f6r och fixar topping p\u00e5 vegotema. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag gillar id\u00e9n med den smakrika, v\u00e4nliga kik\u00e4rtsr\u00f6ran som grund. Med den utg\u00e5ngspunkten kan man g\u00f6ra mycket, men starten m\u00e5ste vara perfekt. Min favorithummus \u00e4r k\u00f6rd i blender tills den \u00e4r n\u00e4stan vit och riktigt kr\u00e4mig. Matberedare g\u00e5r lika bra, men tar lite l\u00e4ngre tid.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rutom kik\u00e4rtor p\u00e5 burk inneh\u00e5ller hummusen thahini, en pasta gjord p\u00e5 sesamfr\u00f6, och jag f\u00f6redrar den ljusa, rinniga som \u00e4r mixad av orostade fr\u00f6n. Citron ska i och salt, m\u00f6jligen ocks\u00e5 lite vatten som tills\u00e4tts i pyttedoser efterhand som blendern g\u00e5r. Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen blev det en sorts grekiskt tema med rostad paprika, grillost, tomater, gurka, feferoni, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och lite annat sm\u00e5tt och gott.<\/p>\n<p>Jag t\u00e4nker variation. Mot det kr\u00e4miga vill jag ha n\u00e5got krispigt, n\u00e5got friskt, n\u00e5got hett, n\u00e5got salt och faktiskt n\u00e5got fruktigt s\u00f6tt. Just idag fick n\u00e5gra sm\u00e5 druvklasar f\u00f6lja med paprikor och grillost in i ugnen.<\/p>\n<p>Tanken \u00e4r att fatet st\u00e4lls s\u00e5 att alla n\u00e5r. Rostat pitabr\u00f6d i bitar bredvid och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara att hugga in. Passar perfekt framf\u00f6r mello eller till en filmkv\u00e4ll. Och jag har inte alls sagt n\u00e5got om nyttigt, eller hur?! Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r gott helt enkelt, allt annat \u00e4r en bonus.<\/p>\n<p>Toppingen jag f\u00f6resl\u00e5r kommer inte att anges i exakta m\u00e5tt. Alla ska f\u00e5 n\u00e5got av allt, men fatet \u00e4r t\u00e4nkt som ett trevligt kv\u00e4llsplock snarare \u00e4n som en hel middag.<\/p>\n<h2>Hummustallrik<\/h2>\n<p>4 \u2013 5 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 burkar kik\u00e4rtor, cirka 500 g avrunnen vikt<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl tahini<\/li>\n<li>1 citron, saften<\/li>\n<li>1 stor vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, riven<\/li>\n<li>\u00be &#8211; 1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>vatten<\/li>\n<li>olivolja<\/li>\n<li>paprikapulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Topping<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>rostad paprika<\/li>\n<li>grillost, i t\u00e4rningar<\/li>\n<li>rostade kik\u00e4rtor<\/li>\n<li>druvor, sm\u00e5 klasar<\/li>\n<li>pumpafr\u00f6<\/li>\n<li>halverade sm\u00e5tomater och gurkt\u00e4rningar v\u00e4nda i vitl\u00f6ksolja<\/li>\n<li>skivad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>oliver<\/li>\n<li>feferoni<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>pitabr\u00f6d, rostade<\/li>\n<li>grekisk yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>ajvar relish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av kik\u00e4rtorna och l\u00e4gg dem i en blender eller en matberedare tillsammans med thahini, citronsaft, vitl\u00f6k och salt. K\u00f6r ig\u00e5ng maskinen och stanna eventuellt n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng f\u00f6r att f\u00f6sa ner kik\u00e4rtor fr\u00e5n kanterna. Smaka av och sp\u00e4d f\u00f6rsiktigt med vatten. Lite, lite den f\u00e5r inte bli l\u00f6s. K\u00f6r tills du har en ljus, sl\u00e4t och kr\u00e4mig hummus. Bred ut p\u00e5 ett fat, droppa p\u00e5 olja och dutta \u00f6ver lite paprikapulver.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Sk\u00e4r paprikan p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och l\u00e4gg den p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t tillsammans med grillost i t\u00e4rningar, en n\u00e4ve kik\u00e4rtor, druvklasar och pumpafr\u00f6. V\u00e4nd i olja, salt, spiskummin, paprikapulver och rosta till fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Dekorera fatet med det rostade och \u00f6vrig topping.
