Matjessill blir det absolut, men jag vill t\u00e4nka nytt. Vad tror ni om ett vackert blandat fat med sill och extra-allt-tema!? V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag funderar \u00f6ver ett nytt recept har jag en t\u00e5gordning. Vilken r\u00e5vara spelar huvudrollen? Vilken s\u00e4song? Tillf\u00e4lle? Hur vill jag att det ska se ut? Och s\u00e5 det allra viktigaste smaken. Smak och smakkamrater. Vad har jag att jobba med h\u00e4r?<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r st\u00e5r jag nu med matjessill, v\u00e5r och p\u00e5sk. Snart har jag best\u00e4mt att ett stort fat blir perfekt. Det kan bli vackert och jag t\u00e4nker mig att det n\u00e4stan kan funka som en liten buff\u00e9 i sig. Sl\u00e4kt och v\u00e4nner i stora horder runt p\u00e5skbordet g\u00e5r liksom bort f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga just den h\u00e4r p\u00e5sken. Vad passar till matjessill? Potatis \u00e4r givet, liksom gr\u00e4ddfil och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. Dill och krasse funkar, och r\u00e4disor. \u00c4gg f\u00f6rst\u00e5s och s\u00e5 vill jag ha in n\u00e5got friskt, l\u00e4tt. Gurka blir perfekt. Pepparrot skulle kunna ge matjessillen en skjuts och finhackad r\u00f6d l\u00f6k. Hm, undra hur det skulle funka om jag picklade l\u00f6ken?<\/p>\n<p>Min f\u00f6rsta tanke var att v\u00e4lja bland smakerna, men varf\u00f6r? Nej, vi k\u00f6r p\u00e5 allt! Fatet kan med f\u00f6rdel serveras n\u00e4r potatisen fortfarande \u00e4r lite ljummen.<\/p>\n<h2>Matjessill \u2013 extra allt!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 \u2013 6 personer<\/li>\n<li>250 g hela fil\u00e9er matjessill (2 burkar \u00e0 200 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 liten gurka<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa r\u00e4disor<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>600 g delikatesspotatis<\/li>\n<li>25 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>kryddkrasse<\/li>\n<li>f\u00e4rsk pepparrot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Picklad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 msk \u00e4ttika<\/li>\n<li>1 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>gr\u00e4ddfil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>B\u00f6rja med att pickla r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken. T\u00e4rna l\u00f6ken fint och l\u00e4gg den i en sk\u00e5l med \u00e4ttika, socker och vatten. R\u00f6r om och st\u00e4ll kallt.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r matjesillen i bitar. Halvera gurkan p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och sk\u00e4r i sneda bitar. Skiva r\u00e4disorna tunt, g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 mandolin.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e5rdkoka \u00e4ggen och finhacka dem.<\/li>\n<li>Koka potatisen och l\u00e4gg upp den p\u00e5 ett fat. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret. Tryck s\u00f6nder varje potatis med en gaffel och ringla det sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6ret \u00f6ver.<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka dill och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. Klipp tussar av krassen och riv pepparrot.<\/li>\n<li>Nu ska fatet byggas med potatisen som grund. Plocka fram din inre kreat\u00f6r och g\u00f6r en tavla av smakerna.
