Samma ingredienser, men helt olika resultat beroende p\u00e5 hur man j\u00e4ser och kavlar. Idag blir det tunnbr\u00f6d fr\u00e5n mellan\u00f6stern. Fyll med olika godsaker, rulla ihop och hugg in! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Baguette, sm\u00e5franska eller pitabr\u00f6d. Samma ingredienser men \u00e4nd\u00e5 s\u00e5 olika. Allt beroende p\u00e5 hur man behandlar r\u00e5varorna. Vilken tid de f\u00e5r p\u00e5 sig och hur de formas. Sm\u00e5 detaljer, enorm skillnad.<\/p>\n<p>Idag blir det ett tunnbr\u00f6d som bakas i hela mellan\u00f6stern. Det kan anv\u00e4ndas p\u00e5 flera s\u00e4tt men min favorit \u00e4r att fylla och \u00e4ta som wrap. Hummus \u00e4r underbart. Ugnsrostade rotsaker exempelvis s\u00f6tpotatis. Gurka och vitl\u00f6ksyoghurt eller hemgjord f\u00e4rskost. Tomatsallad \u00e4r klockrent och s\u00e5klart falafel. Alla recepten finns l\u00e4nkade nedan.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Hemligheten f\u00f6r ett perfekt supertunt, elastiskt resultat \u00e4r att j\u00e4sa br\u00f6den i tre omg\u00e5ngar. Och att kavla mycket, mycket tunt. Det \u00e4r dessutom viktigt att genast t\u00e4cka de nygr\u00e4ddade br\u00f6den med handduk s\u00e5 fort de kommer ur ugnen s\u00e5 att de inte torkar.<\/p>\n<p>Den korta tiden i ugnen \u00e4r ett sk\u00e5despel eftersom br\u00f6den bokstavligt talat bl\u00e5ser upp som ballonger och sedan n\u00e4stan genast plockas ut. Det g\u00e5r fort och hela processen tar knappt en minut.<\/p>\n<p>Okej nu bakar vi!<\/p>\n<h2>Tunnbr\u00f6d fr\u00e5n mellan\u00f6stern<\/h2>\n<p>6 stycken<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc ptk j\u00e4st, (12,5 g)<\/li>\n<li>2 msk rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>5 dl vetemj\u00f6l special<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Arbeta helst degen i en assistent. Blanda vattnet med j\u00e4sten tills den l\u00f6ser sig. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 oljan.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt n\u00e4stan allt mj\u00f6l plus salt och socker. K\u00f6r maskinen n\u00e5gon minut innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 resten av mj\u00f6let.<\/li>\n<li>Efter ungef\u00e4r 10 minuter \u00e4r degen elastisk och fin. Forma en boll och l\u00e4gg den att j\u00e4sa under duk i 1 timma.<\/li>\n<li>Dela degen i 6 bitar. Forma bollar som kavlas ut l\u00e4tt till platta kakor. J\u00e4s ytterligare 15 minuter under duk.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader. L\u00e4gg in en baksten eller en pl\u00e5t med botten upp. Br\u00f6den ska gr\u00e4ddas direkt p\u00e5 den.<\/li>\n<li>Kavla ut br\u00f6den mycket tunt. T\u00e4ck dem genast s\u00e5 att ytan inte torkar. L\u00e5t dem ligga minst 10 minuter innan du gr\u00e4ddar och b\u00f6rja med br\u00f6det du kavlade f\u00f6rst.<\/li>\n<li>Skjutsa in br\u00f6den ett och ett p\u00e5 den heta stenen eller pl\u00e5ten. De bl\u00e5ser upp och f\u00e5r bara ligga en liten stund efter det innan de tas ut. Tiden i ugnen \u00e4r under en minut f\u00f6r varje br\u00f6d.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg dem genast under en handduk s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller de sig mjuka. De \u00e4r allra b\u00e4st nygr\u00e4ddade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Jag brukar fylla mina br\u00f6d med olika saker och \u00e4ta dem som rullar eller wraps. H\u00e4r kommer en l\u00e4nklista p\u00e5 passande fyllningar.
