D\u00e4r har ni den, en italiensk klassiker att st\u00e4rka sig med efter en heldag i tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdslandet. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4ddig pasta \u00e4r inget f\u00f6r italienare, med n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 undantag och h\u00e4r har ni ett. S\u00e5klart vill man parera det kr\u00e4miga med frisk syra och citron \u00e4r helt r\u00e4tt. Tror att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en r\u00e4tt fr\u00e5n Amalfikusten, ni vet italiens citronparadis.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har gjort n\u00e5gra till\u00e4gg. Ost\u2026inte alls genuint, men det blir s\u00e5 gott. Jag anv\u00e4nder v\u00e4sterbottensost som \u00e4r fantastisk ihop med den milda citrussmaken.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7426\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7426\" style=\"width: 1181px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2020\/05\/Pasta-al-limone-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7426\" src=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2020\/05\/Pasta-al-limone-2.jpg\" alt=\"skogtillbord-pasta-limone-maj20\" width=\"1181\" height=\"1772\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7426\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pasta al limone &#8211; kombinationen frisk citrus och gr\u00e4ddig osts\u00e5s \u00e4r helt underbar. Utanf\u00f6r ramen f\u00f6r en klassisk pastar\u00e4tt plockar jag in sparris och f\u00e4rska krydd\u00f6rter.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Allt oftare v\u00e4ljer jag svensk h\u00e5rdost framf\u00f6r parmesan. Det finns m\u00e5nga smakrika, inhemska h\u00e5rdostar som liksom parmesan tillf\u00f6r djup och s\u00e4lta som ingrediens i mat. Inte samma sak, men minst lika bra. Ibland b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 har vi svartpeppar. Nej det finns inte med i originalet, men \u00e5h s\u00e5 bra det blir. Gr\u00e4dde, ost, citron och svartpeppar, som gjorda f\u00f6r varandra.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom kan jag inte l\u00e5ta bli att plocka med lite gr\u00f6nt fr\u00e5n lotten, sparris(!), persilja och frodig gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. Helt r\u00e4tt om ni fr\u00e5gar mig, men som sagt utanf\u00f6r originaltanken. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Pasta al limone<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>350 \u2013 400 g pasta, linguine eller annan tunn sort<\/li>\n<li>2 ekologiska citroner, saft och rivet skal<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>(eventuellt lite av pastavattnet)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl riven v\u00e4sterbottensost<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka pastan i rej\u00e4lt saltat vatten. H\u00e4ll av n\u00e4r den fortfarande har ett l\u00e4tt tuggmotst\u00e5nd. Spara lite av kokvattnet.<\/li>\n<li>Koka under tiden upp citronsaft och gr\u00e4dde. L\u00e5t sjuda varsamt s\u00e5 att den tjocknar n\u00e5got.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg tillbaka pastan i kastrullen den kokats i. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver citrongr\u00e4dden r\u00f6r om och sp\u00e4d eventuellt med en aning av kokvattnet fr\u00e5n pastan. Det ska vara kr\u00e4migt. R\u00f6r ner ost och svartpeppar. Servera genast, rykande het.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vill du prova en annan italiensk pastar\u00e4tt med f\u00e5, lite udda, ingredienser s\u00e5 tycker jag du ska kika p\u00e5 inl\u00e4gget med <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/pasta-aglio-e-olio-vitlok-och-olja-pa-ren-svenska\/\">pasta aglio e olio<\/a>. vitl\u00f6k, olja, persilja och chili. L\u00e5ter simpelt. \u00c4r fantastiskt! Allt Gott!
