H\u00e4gg, syren och nygrillat. Alla lika v\u00e4lkomna och jag vill bidra med ett viktigt tillbeh\u00f6r som kommer h\u00f6ja k\u00e4nslan ytterligare. Vi ska baka hamburgerbr\u00f6d. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grillat, allvarligt talat \u2013 det kan verkligen vara alldeles underbart, men ocks\u00e5 helt f\u00f6rf\u00e4rligt. En konst att f\u00f6rfina som jag jobbar p\u00e5. Vill bli bra. Riktigt bra. I detta nu kan jag bidra med ett tillbeh\u00f6r. Vi ska baka hamburgerbr\u00f6d.<\/p>\n<p>Ett burgarbr\u00f6d som \u00e4r luftigt utan att vara s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt att br\u00f6det genast blir soggigt n\u00e4r burgaren l\u00e4ggs ihop. F\u00e4rgen \u00e4r magisk. Och doften!<\/p>\n<p>Receptet \u00e4r inte mitt. Jag har f\u00e5tt det av en v\u00e4n och jag tror att det \u00e4r en variant av br\u00f6det som serveras p\u00e5 v\u00e4lk\u00e4nda burgarst\u00e4llet Flippin\u00b4Burgers i Stockholm.<\/p>\n<p>En burgare grillad till perfektion f\u00f6rlorar sin storhet i ett trist br\u00f6d. Nu bakar vi med stil!<\/p>\n<h2>Baka hamburgerbr\u00f6d<\/h2>\n<p>20 stycken<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>40 gram j\u00e4st<\/li>\n<li>50 gram honung<\/li>\n<li>75 gram rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>850 gram vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>25 gram socker<\/li>\n<li>15 gram salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Att pensla med<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 kryddm\u00e5tt salt<\/li>\n<li>eventuellt sesamfr\u00f6<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Mj\u00f6lk, smulad j\u00e4st, honung och rapsolja l\u00e4ggs i bunken till en degblandare. K\u00f6r tills j\u00e4st och honung l\u00f6st sig.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda i de torra ingredienserna, vetemj\u00f6l, socker och salt. K\u00f6r maskinen 10 minuter. T\u00e4ck bunken och l\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek cirka 1 timma.<\/li>\n<li>Dela i 20 bitar. Rundriv och l\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar. Platta till bollarna och st\u00e4ll att j\u00e4sa ytterligare 1 timma under bakduk. Vispa ihop \u00e4gg och salt och pensla br\u00f6den. Str\u00f6 eventuellt lite sesamfr\u00f6 \u00f6ver.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i 8 minuter i 220 grader till fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Picklad l\u00f6k \u00e4r ett finfint tillbeh\u00f6r och det g\u00e5r bra att g\u00f6ra stora satser som jag visar <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/picklad-rodlok-i-stora-lass\/\">i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>. En annan viktig del av burgaren \u00e4r majonn\u00e4sen.
