Kokt med bara en sm\u00f6rklick \u00e4r oslagbart f\u00f6rsta veckan, men snart vill man f\u00f6r\u00e4dla. Vad tror ni om potatissallad Caesar?! En verklig hit! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om jag absolut, tvunget m\u00e5ste v\u00e4lja n\u00e5got som det allra godaste s\u00e5 \u00e4r min f\u00f6rsta impuls, nyplockad f\u00e4rskpotatis med sm\u00f6r. Det \u00e4r liksom en symbol f\u00f6r hela sommarkonceptet. F\u00f6nster p\u00e5 vid gavel, sakta vajande tunn gardin. Blommor p\u00e5 bordet. Alla dofterna, ledigheter, bad\u2026ja, svensk sommar helt enkelt.<\/p>\n<p>Och det \u00e4r s\u00e5, med sm\u00f6rklick,\u00a0 jag \u00e4ter den flera g\u00e5nger innan det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r utveckling. Vi t\u00e4nder upp grillen och d\u00e5 kommer fr\u00e5gan &#8211; \u201dvi ska v\u00e4l ha potatissallad till \u2013 f\u00f6r det ska vi v\u00e4l!?\u201d Ja, klart vi ska!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r ett par dagar sedan handlade ett inl\u00e4gg om caesarsallad, eller caesardressing och jag forts\u00e4tter p\u00e5 det sp\u00e5ret. Det kan inte bli annat \u00e4n bra, nykokt potatis, massor med gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, dill och persilja tillsammans med en caesardressing. M\u00e5ste prova och japp, d\u00e4r satt den!<\/p>\n<h2>Potatissallad Caesar<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g \u2013 1 kg svensk f\u00e4rskpotatis<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd knippa dill<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k + blommor om du har<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd knippa persilja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Caesardressing<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd -2 dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>1 riven vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>1 \u2013 1 \u00bd tsk Worcestershires\u00e5s<\/li>\n<li>3 sardellfil\u00e9er<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl riven lagrad h\u00e5rdost<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>2 kryddm\u00e5tt svartpeppar<\/li>\n<li>2 msk pressad citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Skrapa eller skrubba potatisen. Koka mjuk i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten. H\u00e4ll upp i durkslag och l\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got.<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka \u00f6rterna.<\/li>\n<li>Se till att alla ingredienserna till dressingen har samma temperatur. Kn\u00e4ck \u00e4gget i beh\u00e5llaren till en stavmixer. L\u00e4gg ner alla ingredienserna utom citronsaften.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt mixerstaven i beh\u00e5llarens botten, k\u00f6r ig\u00e5ng och dra den upp\u00e5t. S\u00e5sen ska bli tjock och kr\u00e4mig. R\u00f6r ner citronsaften och smaka av, kanske beh\u00f6vs det mer.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r potatisen i kvartar. Blanda varsamt den kr\u00e4miga dressingen med potatis och \u00f6rter.<\/li>\n<li>Koka g\u00e4rna en eller ett par knippor sparris och l\u00e4gg vid sidan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r potatissalladen passar till allt grillat! Inte minst till kommande buff\u00e9er och midsommarfester.
