Saftigare och smakrikare! V\u00e4lkommen ut p\u00e5 lotten!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grillad kyckling \u00e4r en favorit, men hur g\u00f6r man f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 k\u00f6ttet m\u00f6rt och saftigt samtidigt som det har en riktigt fin grillyta? Ofta blir det snyggt, men torrt. Ibland snyggt, men lite r\u00e5tt. Jag vill ha b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n s\u00e5. Provar att rimma den och aha, det \u00e4r s\u00e5 man g\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Metoden att rimma \u00e4r underskattad. Lite saftigare med en l\u00e4tt, fin s\u00e4lta.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag rimmar i lag och f\u00f6rst kommer den salta v\u00e4tskan dra fukt ut kycklingbitarna, men processen v\u00e4nder och efter en stund dras v\u00e4tska ist\u00e4llet in i k\u00f6ttet.<\/p>\n<p>Eftersom det \u00e4r b\u00e5de salt och socker i lagen s\u00e5 kommer grillytan bli knaprig och j\u00e4ttefin.<\/p>\n<p>Jag grillade en ny styckdetalj av kyckling. Tror att den kallades kycklingsteak. Det \u00e4r i alla fall en urbenad klubba med skinn. Fr\u00e5gar ni mig s\u00e5 sl\u00e5r klubba br\u00f6stbiten med r\u00e5ge. Mer smak och saftigare.<\/p>\n<p>Jag gjorde en lag och l\u00e4t bitarna ligga i ett par timmar. Sedan torkades de noga, veks ihop till snygga paket och stoppades i halster. Mina grillskills har snabbt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrats med halsterink\u00f6pet. Fisk, gr\u00f6nsaker och nu kyckling funkar fint att kl\u00e4mma fast i gallret. Enkelt att v\u00e4nda och inget fastnar. \u00c4lskar`t!<\/p>\n<h2>Grilla rimmad kyckling!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kycklingsteak per person, eller 150 \u2013 200 g benfri kyckling<\/li>\n<li>1 l vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 dl salt<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00e5gad msk socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Lagen ska t\u00e4cka k\u00f6ttet, \u00e4r det f\u00f6r lite g\u00f6r du st\u00f6rre m\u00e4ngd. Blanda lagen s\u00e5 att salt och socker l\u00f6ser sig. Man kan ocks\u00e5 koka upp den och kyla helt innan kycklingen l\u00e4ggs i.<\/li>\n<li>Rimma i ett par timmar. Ta upp bitarna, vik ihop och l\u00e4gg i halster. Pensla l\u00e4tt med olja.<\/li>\n<li>Grilla direkt \u00f6ver gl\u00f6d till fin f\u00e4rg innan du flyttar halstret och l\u00e5ter k\u00f6ttet n\u00e5 en innertemperatur p\u00e5 70 grader i indirekt grillv\u00e4rme. Det vill s\u00e4ga vid sidan av gl\u00f6den med locket p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pensla eventuellt med glaze precis p\u00e5 slutet. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/rabarberglaze-till-grillat\/\">Recept p\u00e5 en rabarbervariant finns i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>. Annars \u00e4r det b\u00e5de gott och vackert att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter. Och rivet citronskal kanske?!<\/p>\n<p>Till detta en kr\u00e4mig potatissallad. L\u00e5t mig f\u00f6resl\u00e5 en med somrig, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/potatissallad-caesar\/\">ljuvlig caesardressing som du hittar vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allt gott!
