De tv\u00e5 tillsammans! Knapriga krutonger \u00f6ver de alldeles nyplockade, mj\u00e4lla bladen. Magiskt gott. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 j\u00e4kla enkelt rent ut sagt. N\u00e4r bara ett par ingredienser lyfter varandra till h\u00f6jderna. Sallad kan verkligen vara s\u00e5 trist. Urtr\u00e5kigt, meningsl\u00f6st och inte ens s\u00e4rskilt nyttigt. \u00c5 andra sidan kan det vara en s\u00e5n h\u00f6jdare. Verkligen n\u00e5got som g\u00f6r m\u00e5ltiden b\u00e4ttre och det beh\u00f6ver inte alls vara sv\u00e5rt.<\/p>\n<p>Ett av mina enkla salladstips \u00e4r krutonger. G\u00e5rdagens br\u00f6d uppgraderat. Mycket smak och trivsamt knaster. Jag g\u00f6r mina p\u00e5 surdegsbr\u00f6d. Ingenting kan vara b\u00e4ttre. N\u00e5ja lite till, men de spelar helt klart huvudrollerna.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Sedan kommer stekpannan fram, i med en skv\u00e4tt olja tillsammans med br\u00f6dbitarna. Lite salt, och riven vitl\u00f6k. \u00d6rter ska vara torra eller riktigt finhackade. N\u00e4r br\u00f6det b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg \u00e5ker en klick sm\u00f6r i pannan. F\u00f6r smaken, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att det ger br\u00f6det en s\u00e4rskilt gyllne f\u00e4rgton.\u00a0 Sen \u00e4r det klart.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll upp bitarna som f\u00e5r svalna innan de \u00e4r klara f\u00f6r m\u00f6tet med salladen. Salladssorten f\u00f6r dagen b\u00e4r namnet \u201dfreckles\u201d. Och visst \u00e4r bladen fr\u00e4kniga. Mj\u00e4lla och aningen sm\u00f6riga i smaken. En av mina favoriter.<\/p>\n<p>Jag sk\u00f6ljer bladen och virar in dem i en handduk som l\u00e4ggs i kylen. B\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att beh\u00e5lla k\u00e4nslan av nyplockat. Salladen dressas precis innan den serveras. Jag v\u00e4nder bladen i en enkel vin\u00e4grett. L\u00e4gger upp p\u00e5 fat och str\u00f6r \u00f6ver krutongerna. Sedan snabbt in till bordet. Sallad ska inte beh\u00f6va v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 g\u00e4sterna utan alltid tv\u00e4rtom.<\/p>\n<h2>Krutonger<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 \u2013 4 skivor surdegsbr\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, riven<\/li>\n<li>2 msk finhackad persilja<\/li>\n<li>1 klick sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u00e4rna eller riv br\u00f6det i munsstora bitar. Hetta upp olivolja i en panna. L\u00e4gg i br\u00f6det och r\u00f6r om. Salta och r\u00f6r igen. Bitarna ska f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg runtom.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i vitl\u00f6k och persilja. R\u00f6r och klicka i sm\u00f6ret. K\u00e4nn doften. N\u00e4r alla bitar f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg h\u00e4lls de upp och f\u00e5r svalna innan de str\u00f6s \u00f6ver den nyss dressade salladen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r den enklaste varianten man kan t\u00e4nka sig av en sallad och vet ni, det \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott!<\/p>\n<p>Krutonger kan f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt anv\u00e4ndas i m\u00e5nga sammanhang exempelvis i den italienska tomatsalladen panzanella, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/panzanella-en-tomat-och-brodsallad\/\">recept p\u00e5 den har du i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allt gott!
