Bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, hallon, svarta vinb\u00e4r och r\u00f6da. K\u00f6rsb\u00e4r, smultron, jordgubbar och krusb\u00e4r. En enorm potential i paj, kakor, sorbet och annat, men efter allt plockande \u00e4r mitt tips enkelt: Det blir vispad glass med r\u00e5r\u00f6rda b\u00e4r. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mina h\u00e4nder har r\u00f6d eller bl\u00e5lila ton som ingen tv\u00e5l r\u00e5r p\u00e5 och k\u00f6ket har f\u00f6rvandlats till en matindustri trots att jag fryser st\u00f6rsta delen av sk\u00f6rden. Jag k\u00f6r b\u00e4r p\u00e5 menyn varje dag, \u00e5ret runt. Ett par n\u00e4var i lunch-smoothien. Men det \u00e4r en annan historia. Nu blir det glass.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r kommer ett tips som \u00e4r det allra enklaste, men fasen va bra. Ett som passar att g\u00f6ra med ungar utan att blanda in tusen f\u00f6rmaningar, ett som g\u00e5r fort och som blir riktigt, riktigt gott.<\/p>\n<h2>Vispad glass med r\u00e5r\u00f6rda b\u00e4r<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Ta b\u00e4r, gener\u00f6st och g\u00e4rna olika sorter. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite socker, och mosa med gaffel. Principen \u00e4r r\u00e5r\u00f6rda och du r\u00f6r s\u00e5 mycket du vill. Till en syltig konsistens eller bara lagom krossade. Smaka av och justera s\u00f6tman.<\/li>\n<li>Ta sedan fram ett paket bra vaniljglass. Tina s\u00e5 att glassen kan vispas med elvisp. Den ska absolut inte vara s\u00e5sig, men mjuk. Vispa till mjukglasskonsistens och servera genast med b\u00e4ren.<\/li>\n<li>Har du n\u00e5gra kakor i en burk kan de krossas l\u00e4tt och smulas \u00f6ver.
