S\u00e5 in i norden gott! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Egentligen vill jag sparka alla i baken och putta ut er i bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsskogen. Det v\u00e4ntar galna sk\u00f6rdar d\u00e4rute. H\u00f6r h\u00e4r: 17 procent av landets yta \u00e4r t\u00e4ckt av bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsris. En siffra att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med v\u00e5ra samlade jordbruksmarker som upptar 8 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 den h\u00e4r: Ett skapligt \u00e5r r\u00e4knar man med att det finns cirka 600 000 000 kg bl\u00e5b\u00e4r att h\u00e4mta d\u00e4rute! Fattar ni, sexhundra miljoner kilo! Och nu snackar vi ett inhemskt superb\u00e4r som g\u00e4rna importeras fr\u00e5n andra l\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n<p>Tveka inte en sekund, kasta dig ut! Nu!<\/p>\n<p>Sen n\u00e4r du \u00e4r tillbaka kan jag rekommendera en infrysning av stora m\u00e4ngder f\u00f6r framtida konsumtion och en omg\u00e5ng av den h\u00e4r pajen.<\/p>\n<p>Den som \u00e4tit bl\u00e5b\u00e4rspaj i USA k\u00e4nner s\u00e4kert igen konceptet. En pajbotten t\u00e4ckt med vaniljkr\u00e4m, gener\u00f6st med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och alltihop toppat med crumble. Ja ni fattar, allt i ett och s\u00e5 gott. Jag brukar dessutom servera en fluffig, kallvispad cr\u00e9me chantilly till. L\u00e5ter sv\u00e5rt, \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkelt. Och gott! <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/vaniljvisp-till-paj-och-bar\/\">Recept har du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/vaniljkram\/\">Vaniljkr\u00e4men jag anv\u00e4nder i mitt pajbak finns i ett tidigare inl\u00e4gg vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a> Den ska vara avsvalnad n\u00e4r den l\u00e4ggs i pajskalet s\u00e5 g\u00f6r den minst ett par timmar innan du bakar pajen.<\/p>\n<h2>Bl\u00e5b\u00e4rspaj med inbakad vaniljkr\u00e4m<\/h2>\n<p>3 \u2013 4 dl bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<\/p>\n<p>en sats vaniljkr\u00e4m, se recept l\u00e4nken ovan<\/p>\n<h4>Pajdeg<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>175 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>1 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljsocker<\/li>\n<li>1 nypa salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret till pajdegen och r\u00f6r i \u00f6vriga ingredienser.<\/li>\n<li>Klicka ut drygt h\u00e4lften av degen i en pajform med avtagbar kant. Jag brukar trycka fast ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper i botten f\u00f6r att enkelt kunna flytta pajen till ett roligare uppl\u00e4ggningsfat.<\/li>\n<li>Anv\u00e4nd en sked f\u00f6r att trycka ut den mjuka degen \u00f6ver botten och en bit upp p\u00e5 kanterna.<\/li>\n<li>Fyll med vaniljkr\u00e4m. Str\u00f6 bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren \u00f6ver kr\u00e4men och smula \u00f6ver resten av pajdegen.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen 25 \u2013 30 minuter. Degen ska f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg. Ta ut och l\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got eller helt. Kr\u00e4men m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 chans att stanna s\u00e5 att den h\u00e5ller formen vid servering.<\/li>\n<li>En klick vispad gr\u00e4dde eller cr\u00e9me chantilly \u00e4r gott till. Kan rekommenderas som v\u00e4rdig avslutning p\u00e5 \u00e5rets kr\u00e4ftkalas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Och de frysta bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren? Vad blir det av dem? Mina frysta bl\u00e5b\u00e4r hamnar som vanligt p\u00e5 min dagliga meny. Lunchen inneh\u00e5ller alltid, verkligen alltid, en smoothie med olika gr\u00f6nsaker, frukt och b\u00e4r.
