Den sena jordgubbssk\u00f6rden!? I min lilla oupplysta v\u00e4rld har den r\u00f6da b\u00e4rlyckan varit midsommargl\u00e4dje. Jag sk\u00f6rdar flitigt p\u00e5 lotten under n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 veckor f\u00f6r att sedan v\u00e4nta in n\u00e4sta \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Visst har jag sett att jordgubbar fortfarande finns att k\u00f6pa, men jag har knyckt p\u00e5 nacken och passerat i tron att de \u00e4r importerade. S\u00e5 dumt. Nu vet jag b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rjade reta mig p\u00e5 skylten \u201dJordgubbar sk\u00f6rdade i morse!\u201d som sitter p\u00e5 ett av torgst\u00e5nden i min lilla stad. Laddade f\u00f6r en uppl\u00e4xning, men fick snart klart att &#8211; Jovisst \u00e4r de nyplockade. Vi har gubbar i m\u00e5nader. Olika sorter bara.<\/p>\n<p>Den som l\u00e4ser p\u00e5 ser snart att det finns varianter som ger sk\u00f6rd fr\u00e5n tidig sommar tills nu och \u00e4nnu senare. S\u00e5 nu blir det nyanl\u00e4ggning. Flera b\u00e4ddar med plats f\u00f6r Charlotte, Malwina, Florina, Paegasus och andra sena jordgubbssorter.<\/p>\n<p>Och idag en enkel dessert med gubbar fr\u00e5n min torghandlare Amid.<\/p>\n<h2>Vaniljdoftande jordgubbskross<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 l jordgubbar<\/li>\n<li>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 apelsin, saften<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Rensa och sk\u00e4r jordgubbarna i bitar. Dela vaniljst\u00e5ngen och skrapa ur inneh\u00e5llet.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg b\u00e4r, vanilj med st\u00e5ng och socker i en sk\u00e5l. Pressa \u00f6ver apelsinsaft, blanda och st\u00e4ll i rumstemperatur s\u00e5 att b\u00e4ren f\u00e5r safta sig i minst ett par timmar.<\/li>\n<li>Krossa jordgubbarna grovt med gaffel eller st\u00f6t dem och servera till pannkakor, till glass eller i en sk\u00e5l med fil. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en f\u00e4rsksylt som h\u00e5ller ett par dagar i kyl.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c4r du p\u00e5 desserthum\u00f6r s\u00e5 kan jag tipsa om <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/mjolkchokladkram-ljuvlig-sommardessert\/\">en mj\u00f6lkchokladkr\u00e4m som passar fint till jordgubbskrosset.
