Jag sk\u00f6rdar de allra minsta och \u00e5ngrar mig inte en minut. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spara och Sl\u00f6sa, \u00e4r det n\u00e5gon som minns? Hursomhelst, en urgammal serie i Sparbankens tidning f\u00f6r barn om pr\u00e4ktiga Spara som h\u00f6ll i st\u00e5larna och l\u00e4t dem v\u00e4xa till sig medans hoppl\u00f6sa Sl\u00f6sa satte spr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 alla tillg\u00e5ngar s\u00e5 fort hon fick en chans. Ni fattar vem som fick cred.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu v\u00e4nder vi p\u00e5 begreppen och hyllar Sl\u00f6sa mitt i zucchinisk\u00f6rden. Jag axlar manteln och uppmanar er att verkligen sl\u00f6sa. Plocka din zucchini n\u00e4r de \u00e4r riktigt sm\u00e5, smakrika och mj\u00e4lla. L\u00e4tt som en pl\u00e4tt och middag klar p\u00e5 en kvart.<\/p>\n<p>Till omeletten vill jag ha n\u00e5got smakrikt med lite s\u00e4lta s\u00e5 ibland blir det t\u00e4rnat baconstr\u00f6ssel \u00f6ver och ibland serveras stekt korv i n\u00e5gon form.<\/p>\n<h2>Zucchiniomelett<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u2013 4 riktigt sm\u00e5 zucchinis<\/li>\n<li>5 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vatten, mj\u00f6lk eller gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 riven vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>2 msk finhackad persilja<\/li>\n<li>1 dl finriven, smakrik ost<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Skiva dina zucchinis i halvcentimetertjocka skivor och stek till fin f\u00e4rg i olja. Salta.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda \u00e4gg, v\u00e4tska, vitl\u00f6k, persilja, ost, salt och peppar och h\u00e4ll upp i en ugnsform. L\u00e4gg i zucchiniskivorna och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen. Ta ut n\u00e4r omelettsmeten stannat efter cirka 10 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Servera g\u00e4rna en sallad med vin\u00e4grett till och som sagt n\u00e5got med lite s\u00e4lta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/zucchinifritters-njut-av-storskorden\/\">Zucchinifritters \u00e4r en annan favorit och jag har ett bra recept vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a> Allt gott!
