V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rst vill jag sl\u00e5 fast, att om\u2026om det var s\u00e5 att jag bara fick v\u00e4lja en tomatsort s\u00e5 blev det utan tvekan Yellow Brandywine. Vilken tomat! Saftig med en kraftfullt orangegul f\u00e4rg. Smaken \u00e4r makal\u00f6s och doften! De st\u00f6rsta v\u00e4ger s\u00e4kert mer \u00e4n ett halt kilo och ja, den \u00e4r sanna mina ord rakt genom ljuvlig.<\/p>\n<p>Eftersom vi nu lever i en fri v\u00e4rld d\u00e4r det inte finns restriktioner runt antalet tomatsorter, s\u00e5 \u00e4r min gula sk\u00f6nhet bara en del av dagens blandade tomatsallad. Jag har nog skivat i tio sorter och sedan stod jag d\u00e4r utan att kunna besluta mig om forts\u00e4ttningen.<\/p>\n<p>En fransk variant kanske med bara vin\u00e4grett och l\u00f6k? Pesto? Eller panzanella? Men caprese var ju l\u00e4nge sedan. Svaret blev allt och lite till. Inget knussel!<\/p>\n<p>Insalata caprese \u00e4r en tomatsallad med mozzarella, men jag anv\u00e4nder Burrata. En ost som liknar mozarella men med en kr\u00e4mig, gr\u00e4ddig mitt. Den som k\u00e4nner sig tveksam till importerad ost ska veta att det finns flera svenska tillverkare av mozzarella. <a href=\"https:\/\/fragstamejeri.se\/\">Fr\u00e4gsta mejeri<\/a> \u00e4r ett av flera.<\/p>\n<h2>Tomatsallad \u2013 extra, extra<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g tomater, g\u00e4rna blandade sorter<\/li>\n<li>2 burrataostar<\/li>\n<li>3 skivor levain<\/li>\n<li>2 skivor bacon<\/li>\n<li>1 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Basilikar\u00f6ra<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 liten knippa basilika<\/li>\n<li>1 n\u00e4ve n\u00f6tter, valn\u00f6tter eller andra<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 dl raps- eller olivolja<\/li>\n<li>salt, en nypa eller tv\u00e5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Skiva, klyfta eller halvera tomaterna beroende p\u00e5 storlek. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 ett fat och salta l\u00e4tt. L\u00e4gg ostarna p\u00e5 fatet.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r br\u00f6det i t\u00e4rningar. V\u00e4nd bitarna i olivolja och salta l\u00e4tt. Stek till fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Stek baconskivorna knapriga. L\u00e5t svalna och hacka sedan fint.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa eller hacka ihop en sorts grov pesto av basilika, n\u00f6tter, vitl\u00f6k, olja och salt.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg br\u00f6det p\u00e5 tomatfatet, str\u00f6 baconet \u00f6ver, droppa p\u00e5 vin\u00e4ger och olja. F\u00f6rdela basilikar\u00f6ran \u00f6ver fatet och dra ett par tag p\u00e5 svartpepparkvarnen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>S\u00e5d\u00e4r ja, en rej\u00e4l tomatsallad p\u00e5 sensommartema. Funkar som en hel m\u00e5ltid.
