Underbar i smak, vacker som f\u00e5 och en m\u00e4stare i att f\u00f6ra sig v\u00e4l i vilket s\u00e4llskap som helst. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c4r det slutspurt nu? Jag kollar SMHI flera g\u00e5nger om dagen. R\u00f6dbetorna \u00e4r inte j\u00e4ttek\u00e4nsliga f\u00f6r frost, men eftersom jag fullkomligt f\u00f6rs\u00e5tt mig i \u00e5r s\u00e5 har vi m\u00e4ngder kvar.<\/p>\n<p>En hel del \u00e4r paxade f\u00f6r fermentering, eller mj\u00f6lksyrning. Konserveringsmetoden framf\u00f6r alla andra om ni fr\u00e5gar mig. Och faktum \u00e4r att just r\u00f6dbetor blir s\u00e5 fantastiskt gott. \u00c4r du nyfiken s\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/mjolksyrade-rodbetor-sa-gor-du\/\">kolla receptet vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Annars st\u00e5r r\u00f6dbeta i olika former p\u00e5 menyn varje dag nu. Jag k\u00f6r bland annat en hel med blast och allt i blender till lunch. D\u00e4r samsas den med bladk\u00e5l, \u00e4pple, \u00e4ppelmust, selleristj\u00e4lkar, f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, gurkmeja och svarta vinb\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Kul att testa olika smakkombinationer och uppt\u00e4cka smakkamrater. R\u00f6dbetor funkar exempelvis fantastiskt bra med svarta vinb\u00e4r, med \u00e4pple och med den annars lite knepiga gurkmejan. Bra att veta att det kr\u00e4vs en kraftfull blender f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till en helt sl\u00e4t juice.<\/p>\n<p>Det ryktas f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt om r\u00f6dbetsforskning och resultat som handlar om hj\u00e4rt- och k\u00e4rlh\u00e4lsa. Just r\u00f6dbetsjuice p\u00e5verkar k\u00e4rlen positivt och \u00e4ven om m\u00e4ngderna som unders\u00f6kts \u00e4r mycket stora s\u00e5 kanske en beta eller tv\u00e5 g\u00f6r n\u00e5gon sorts nytta om inte annat s\u00e5 f\u00f6r smakl\u00f6karna.<\/p>\n<p>Dagens sallad \u00e4r en fr\u00e4sch sommarskapelse som uppriktigt sagt ser lite julig ut. Helt fel s\u00e4ger jag som \u00e4ter den till allt. Idag med \u00e4gghalvor, klyftpotatis och hummus. Ibland till stekt korv, eller p\u00e5 f\u00e4rsbiffmackan(!).<\/p>\n<h2>Finhackad r\u00f6dbetssallad<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g r\u00f6dbetor<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4pple<\/li>\n<li>1 liten purjol\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Dressing<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 msk sk\u00e5nsk senap<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk honung<\/li>\n<li>1 citron, saft och rivet skal<\/li>\n<li>3 msk rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>\u00be tsk salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>P\u00e5 toppen<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl tjock yoghurt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka r\u00f6dbetorna med skalet p\u00e5 cirka 20 minuter. De ska bli helt mjuka. L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got och dra sedan av skalet. Hacka betorna fint f\u00f6r hand eller sekundsnabbt i en matberedare.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4rna \u00e4pplet. Sk\u00f6lj och sk\u00e4r purjon i tunna ringar. Hacka dillen.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa ihop ingredienserna till dressingen och blanda med r\u00f6dbetor, \u00e4pple, purjol\u00f6k och dill.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg upp i sk\u00e5l och klicka p\u00e5 yoghurt.
