L\u00e5t mig f\u00f6rtydliga: Kaneldoftande, \u00e4ppelfrisk, honungss\u00f6t och trivsamt fr\u00f6- och n\u00f6tknaprig. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag gillar en bra granola, s\u00e5 enkelt att skeda \u00f6ver en sk\u00e5l yoghurt och vips b\u00e4sta mellanm\u00e5let. Och n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r den sj\u00e4lv&#8230;s\u00e5 extra fint att veta vad som d\u00f6ljer sig d\u00e4r bland allt det knapriga. Inte dumt heller att s\u00e4tta smakerna efter egna preferenser. \u00c4ppelpajsgranola har l\u00e5nat smak fr\u00e5n h\u00f6stens favoritpaj och jag lovar att k\u00f6ket doftade bak i timmar.<\/p>\n<p>Man skulle kunna tro att det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt, men inget kan vara enklare. S\u00e5 till\u00e5tande. Det g\u00e5r alldeles utm\u00e4rkt att \u00e4ndra i receptet efter vad som finns i skafferiet. Plocka bort eller l\u00e4gg till. Byt n\u00f6tter mot fr\u00f6n eller tv\u00e4rtom. Har du inte linfr\u00f6 men sesam, byt. Ta rapsolja ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r kokosolja. Dubbla m\u00e4ngden honung. Uteslut kardemumma om du inte gillar det och s\u00e5 vidare. Du best\u00e4mmer.<\/p>\n<p>Den enda regeln \u00e4r att h\u00e5lla aningen koll p\u00e5 m\u00e4ngden havregryn i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Jag k\u00f6rde p\u00e5 6 dl havregryn till 8 dl blandade fr\u00f6n och n\u00f6tter.<\/p>\n<p>Jag ville s\u00e4tta rej\u00e4l \u00e4ppelsmak p\u00e5 min granola och blandade alltihop med ett par dl \u00e4ppelmos. Efter 3 timmar i ugn hade moset givit granolan b\u00e5de frisk \u00e4ppelsmak och crunch.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c4ppelpajsgranola<\/h2>\n<p>2 litersburk<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 stora \u00e4pplen<\/li>\n<li>1 \u2013 2 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk \u00e4kta vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<li>(K\u00e4nns det \u00f6verkurs att koka eget mos s\u00e5 funkar 2 &#8211; 3 dl f\u00e4rdigk\u00f6pt)<\/li>\n<li>2 dl helt bovete<\/li>\n<li>6 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>2 dl grovt hackade n\u00f6tter, mandel och valn\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>1 dl pumpafr\u00f6<\/li>\n<li>1 dl solrosfr\u00f6<\/li>\n<li>1 dl kokosflingor<\/li>\n<li>1 dl linfr\u00f6<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>\u00be tsk krossade kardemummafr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<li>1 msk kokosfett<\/li>\n<li>(Eventuellt 10 ringar torkat \u00e4pple)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>K\u00e4rna ur \u00e4pplena och sk\u00e4r i bitar, l\u00e5t skalet vara kvar. L\u00e4gg i en kastrull tillsammans med honung och vanilj. Koka s\u00f6nder p\u00e5 relativt l\u00e5g v\u00e4rma. Mixa till ett sl\u00e4tt mos.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg det hela bovetet i bl\u00f6t en stund. h\u00e4ll av och sk\u00f6lj.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e4t upp de torra ingredienserna i en sk\u00e5l. Nyp i kokosfettet och blanda i bovetet. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ppelmoset.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 100 grader. L\u00e4gg bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en eller tv\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar. F\u00f6rdela granolan \u00f6ver pl\u00e5tarna och s\u00e4tt in i ugnen. \u00d6ppna luckan ibland f\u00f6r att r\u00f6ra om och sl\u00e4ppa ut fukt.<\/li>\n<li>Efter cirka 3 timmar \u00e4r granolan klar. H\u00e5ll koll p\u00e5 slutet s\u00e5 att den inte br\u00e4nns. St\u00e4ng av ugnen och l\u00e5t den svala d\u00e4r.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka eventuellt ringar av torkat \u00e4pple och blanda i innan granolan h\u00e4lls upp p\u00e5 burk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vill du forts\u00e4tta p\u00e5 temat \u00e4ppelpaj s\u00e5 kan jag varmt rekommendera den h\u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/jag-sager-bara-appelmazarinkaka\/\">\u00e4ppelmazarinkakan<\/a>.
