L\u00e5t oss njuta av ostarna som tillverkas h\u00e4r i Sverige!<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e5rdost finns i m\u00e5nga varianter som bjuder p\u00e5 olika egenskaper n\u00e4r den ska anv\u00e4ndas som ingrediens i matlagning. Grynpipiga ostar med sm\u00e5 h\u00e5l, exempelvis Svecia, V\u00e4sterbottens- eller Pr\u00e4stost har bra sm\u00e4ltegenskaper.<\/p>\n<p>Perfekt n\u00e4r du \u00e4r ute efter kr\u00e4mig snarare \u00e4n tr\u00e5dig struktur. Blir fantastiska i en s\u00e5s, i risotton eller att riva \u00f6ver pastan. L\u00e4ser du Parmesan i ett recept s\u00e5 funkar en lagrad grynpipig svensk h\u00e5rdost perfekt som ers\u00e4ttare.<\/p>\n<p>Idag serverar vi en favorit. Har ni som jag m\u00e4rkt att det g\u00e5r \u00e5t olika mycket pasta beroende p\u00e5 vilken form man v\u00e4ljer. N\u00e4r vi \u00e4ter spagetti h\u00e4rhemma slukar alla l\u00e4tt 125 g var eller mer, men n\u00e4r det serveras penne eller rigatoni \u00e4r 100 g per person n\u00e4stan f\u00f6r mycket. N\u00e5, den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten passar att l\u00e4gga i en matl\u00e5da s\u00e5 blir det n\u00e5got \u00f6ver har du n\u00e4sta dags lunch fixad.<\/p>\n<h2>Ostkr\u00e4mig broccolipasta<\/h2>\n<p>4 \u2013 5 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g pasta, penne eller rigatoni<\/li>\n<li>450 g fryst broccoli<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>\u00be buljongt\u00e4rning kyckling eller gr\u00f6nsaks<\/li>\n<li>1 citron, cest och saft<\/li>\n<li>Svartpeppar<\/li>\n<li>50 &#8211; 75 g riven ost, V\u00e4sterbottens, Svecia eller Pr\u00e4stost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka pastan och broccolin var f\u00f6r sig i saltat vatten.\u00a0 H\u00e4ll av vattnet fr\u00e5n broccolin och mixa den grovt.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dde och vatten i en stor kastrull. Smula i buljongen och koka upp.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ner citronsaft plus cest, rivet citronskal. L\u00e4gg i pastan och v\u00e4nd ner broccolin. Avsluta med att r\u00f6ra i den rivna osten. Osten ska bara sm\u00e4lta, inte koka d\u00e5 kan den f\u00e5 en grynig, sandstr\u00e4v textur.<\/li>\n<li>Servera genast eventuellt med extra riven ost vid sidan om.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En annan ostig pastar\u00e4tt med svensk ost, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/pasta-al-limone\/\">pasta al limone, hittar du i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>.
