Fisken som f\u00f6rtj\u00e4nar en hyllning och en uppr\u00e4ttelse. S\u00e5h\u00e4r enkelt fixar du helt benfria abborrfil\u00e9er, sm\u00f6rstekta till en frasande, gyllenbrynt yta. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag har f\u00e5tt en \u00f6nskelista inf\u00f6r jul. En l\u00e5ng en: spinnare, wobbler, multirulleset, hopvikbar h\u00e5v, isborr, isdubbar, fiskev\u00e5g\u2026och s\u00e5d\u00e4r forts\u00e4tter det. Allt tyder p\u00e5 en mycket ung coming star i fiskenischen. Passar mig perfekt, f\u00f6r en av mina topp-tio-r\u00e4tter \u00e4r stekt abborrfil\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En storfiskare \u00e4r inte alls detsamma som en person som vet hur man b\u00e4st tar hand om en fantastisk r\u00e5vara. Enklast \u00e4r att steka abborren hel. Mycket gott, men en t\u00e5lamodspr\u00f6vning att tampas med\u00a0 hundratals sm\u00e5 ettriga ben. Den d\u00e4r benstrider tar verkligen udden av en smakupplevelse f\u00f6r abborre \u00e4r verkligen s\u00e5 gott. Fiskk\u00f6ttet \u00e4r kritvitt med en fast, trevlig konsistens och smaken! En delikatess!<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kommer h\u00e4r en liten fiskeguide. S\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00f6r man kort och gott f\u00f6r att sk\u00e4ra ut fil\u00e9erna benfria. Vinkla kniven noga innan snittet s\u00e5 att bara benen och inget av k\u00f6ttet sk\u00e4rs bort.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bild 5:<\/strong> Ta ett rej\u00e4lt grepp om fisken. L\u00e4gg knivbladet plant mot underlaget och sk\u00e4r fil\u00e9n fr\u00e5n skinnet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bild 6:<\/strong> Fil\u00e9n \u00e4r fri och nu ska mittraden med sm\u00e5ben bort. K\u00e4nn med fingret efter benraden mitt i fil\u00e9n. Sk\u00e4r ett snitt p\u00e5 varsin sida om benen och lyft bort biten. Nu har du en byxad och helt benfri abborrfil\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lycklig \u00e4r den som st\u00e5r med en h\u00f6g benfri abborrfil\u00e9 och n\u00e4sta steg \u00e4r en enkel panering. B\u00e4st blir det med eget str\u00f6br\u00f6d och det \u00e4r inte sv\u00e5rare \u00e4n att du mixar skivor av vitt formbr\u00f6d till smulor.<\/p>\n<p>Dags att ta fram tre tallrikar: en f\u00f6r vetemj\u00f6l, den andra till ett l\u00e4tt uppvispat \u00e4gg och den tredje till smulorna. Salta fil\u00e9erna och v\u00e4nd dem sedan i mj\u00f6l, \u00e4gg och till sist br\u00f6dsmulor. Stek i sm\u00f6r!<\/p>\n<p>Mycket b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n s\u00e5 blir det inte. Allt gott h\u00e4lsar!
