Sen har den h\u00e4r mackan vandrat vidare och finns p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga st\u00e4llen jorden runt. Ja, jag vet nu blev det genast lite kr\u00e5ngligare, men ni kommer bli rikt bel\u00f6nade.<\/p>\n<p>Och h\u00e4r har ni min n\u00e4stan autentiska variant p\u00e5 bookmakertoast.<\/p>\n<h2>Bookmakertoast<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g ox- eller viltfil\u00e9 i hel bit<\/li>\n<li>4 rej\u00e4la skivor surdegsbr\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>8 skivor bacon<\/li>\n<li>2 dl majonn\u00e4s, se recept l\u00e4nken ovan<\/li>\n<li>1 msk grov senap, sk\u00e5nsk eller lite tuffare fransk<\/li>\n<li>2 tomater<\/li>\n<li>salladsblad<\/li>\n<li>f\u00e4rsk pepparrot<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00e4ggulor<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 100 grader. Putsa k\u00f6ttet noga. Hinnor som blir kvar drar ihop sig och blir h\u00e5rda av v\u00e4rmen i pannan. Salta runtom och stek till fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt spetsen av en ugnstermometer mitt i k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttet i ugnen f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 en innertemperatur p\u00e5 57 grader. Ta ut och l\u00e5t vila.<\/li>\n<li>Stek eller rosta br\u00f6det till fin f\u00e4rg. Stek baconet knaprigt i panna.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda majonn\u00e4s och senap. Bred blandningen gener\u00f6st p\u00e5 br\u00f6dskivorna. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 bacon, tomat och sallat.<\/li>\n<li>Skiva k\u00f6ttet tunt och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 det. Riv \u00f6ver en driva pepparrot och placera f\u00f6rsiktigt \u00e4ggulan p\u00e5 toppen. Avsluta med svartpeppar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>S\u00e5 vansinnigt gott!
