En bit kr\u00e4mig r\u00f6dbetssill och rostat kn\u00e4cke! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mitt i \u00e5rets absoluta bakm\u00e5nad. Alla bakar. S\u00f6tebr\u00f6dstider och jag \u00e4r inte s\u00e4mre \u00e4n n\u00e5gon, men nu p\u00e5 eftermiddagen k\u00e4nde jag suget efter n\u00e5got salt. Salt och snabbt. En kvickfix med lite julk\u00e4nsla.<\/p>\n<p>Det landade i en middagsmacka. En rostad kn\u00e4ckemacka med sillsallad, fast i en helt ny tappning. H\u00e4r finns pigg syra fr\u00e5n \u00e4pple och ett sting av riven f\u00e4rsk pepparrot.<\/p>\n<p>Passar en dag som denna eller som en del av kommande julbord. Jag anv\u00e4nde 5-minuterssill. Praktisk med fil\u00e9er som kan anv\u00e4ndas genast.<\/p>\n<p>Vet att jag gjort misstaget att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got liknande p\u00e5 inl\u00e4ggningssill, men det blev alldeles f\u00f6r salt. Den beh\u00f6ver sk\u00f6ljas och ligga i lag ett par dygn innan den kan anv\u00e4ndas s\u00e5h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Och till dig som undrar \u00f6ver rostat kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d s\u00e4ger jag: prova! Rosta kort i br\u00f6drost eller l\u00e4gg ett par minuter i ugnen. L\u00e5t br\u00f6det svalna n\u00e4r du njuter av doften och s\u00e4tt sedan t\u00e4nderna i det smakrikaste och knaprigaste kn\u00e4cke du \u00e4tit.<\/p>\n<p>Nu fixar vi sillen.<\/p>\n<h2>Kr\u00e4mig r\u00f6dbetssill<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 f\u00f6rpackning 5 \u2013 minuters<\/li>\n<li>200 g inlagda r\u00f6dbetor<\/li>\n<li>1 litet \u00e4pple<\/li>\n<li>1 liten r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 dl majonn\u00e4s<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>1 \u2013 2 msk riven pepparrot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r sillfil\u00e9erna i bitar. T\u00e4rna r\u00f6dbetorna mycket fint eller riv dem grovt. T\u00e4rna fint eller skiva \u00e4pplet i tunna bitar. Hacka l\u00f6ken ytterst fint och blanda alla ingredienserna. Vill du f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka r\u00f6dbetssmaken s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg till en aning spad fr\u00e5n burken.<\/li>\n<li>Lite fint strimlad purjo och riktigt finhackad persilja passar fint att str\u00f6ssla \u00f6ver mackan, men \u00e4r inte alls n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Visst borde vi \u00e4ta mer sill. En r\u00e5vara som gjort en m\u00e4rklig klassresa fr\u00e5n fattigmanskost till helgdelikatess. Vi kanske kan hitta en medelv\u00e4g byggd p\u00e5 den goda smaken, priset och alla h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rdelarna. F\u00e5r jobba p\u00e5 det. Allt gott!
