Ett av de absolut mest s\u00f6kta recepten. Pajen som blivit ett m\u00e5ste p\u00e5 julbordet och vid alla st\u00f6rre mathelger. En ny klassiker om man kan s\u00e4ga s\u00e5. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den \u00e4r s\u00e5 r\u00e4tt. Passar vegetarianer och huvudingrediensen \u00e4r n\u00e4rproducerad, svensk h\u00e5rdost. Check, check!<\/p>\n<p>Men som alltid, ingenting \u00e4r viktigare \u00e4n smaken och i det h\u00e4r fallet finns inga fr\u00e5getecken. P\u00e5 v\u00e5ra festbord \u00e4r fatet f\u00f6r v\u00e4sterbottensostpaj alltid tomt f\u00f6rst. Alla gillar den.<\/p>\n<p>Jag anv\u00e4nder cr\u00e8me fraiche ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r gr\u00e4dde. F\u00f6r att jag tycker att konsistensen blir kr\u00e4migare, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r smaken. Jag testar och \u00e5terkommer.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00e4sterbottensostpaj med l\u00f6jrom<\/h2>\n<p>8 \u2013 12 bitar<\/p>\n<h4>Pajskal<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g kallt sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 msk kallt vatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fyllning<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>150 g v\u00e4sterbottensost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u00f6jrom<\/li>\n<li>gr\u00e4ddfil<\/li>\n<li>finhackad r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>finhackad gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg t\u00e4rningar av kallt sm\u00f6r tillsammans med mj\u00f6l och salt i en matberedare. K\u00f6r till smulor. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och k\u00f6r snabbt ihop till en deg. Plasta och l\u00e4gg i kyl minst en timma.<\/li>\n<li>Kavla ut degen tunt och kl\u00e4 en pajform, g\u00e4rna med avtagbar kant. Nagga botten och st\u00e4ll i frys minst 15 minuter. Hit kan man f\u00f6rbereda och l\u00e5ta pajskalet ligga kvar i frysen.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 225 grader och f\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda det frysta pajskalet 10 min till fin f\u00e4rg. Blanda cr\u00e8me fraiche och \u00e4gg med finriven ost. H\u00e4ll ner smeten i pajskalet och gr\u00e4dda pajen cirka 20 min tills den stelnat.
