V\u00e4lkommen in i julk\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om jag tvunget fick v\u00e4lja en r\u00e4tt med s\u00e4rskilt stor julk\u00e4nsla s\u00e5 ligger gr\u00f6ten bra till. Vi k\u00f6r den som julfrukost tillsammans med v\u00f6rtbr\u00f6d, skinka, senap, pastej, kn\u00e4cke, fikonmarmelad och goda ostar.<\/p>\n<p>Ett \u00e4nglaspel f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker \u00f6verr\u00f6sta sm\u00e5barnen och t\u00e4nda ljus \u00e4r enda skimrande ljusk\u00e4llan. Gr\u00f6ten doftar och det puffas kanel och ringlas sirap. En av julens b\u00e4sta stunder. S\u00e4rskilt sedan jag b\u00f6rjade ugnsbaka gr\u00f6ten. Det blir s\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4ttre. S\u00e5 mycket enklare. Och aldrig n\u00e5gonsin bottenbr\u00e4nt.<\/p>\n<p>Saffransgr\u00f6t \u00e4r en skapelse som brukar \u00e5terkomma som lunch under juldagarna. Och s\u00e4rskilt bra \u00e4r att den bygger p\u00e5 rester av risgrynsgr\u00f6t. Ett win-winrecept. Ett tips \u00e4r att servera den som efterr\u00e4tt till gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lssoppa. Klockren kombo!<\/p>\n<h2>Julgr\u00f6t &#8211; Tv\u00e5 favoriter i repris<\/h2>\n<h2>Risgrynsgr\u00f6t i ugn<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 dl gr\u00f6tris<\/li>\n<li>6 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>8 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 hel kanelst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 rej\u00e4l klick sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Till servering<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>ljus sirap eller socker<\/li>\n<li>kanel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>V\u00e4rm upp ugnen till 100 grader. Plocka fram en gryta som klarar att st\u00e5 i ugnen. St\u00e4ll den f\u00f6rst ovanp\u00e5 spisen, h\u00e4ll i ris och vatten. Koka upp och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5bubbla.<\/li>\n<li>I en annan kastrull kokar du upp mj\u00f6lk, kanel, socker och salt. N\u00e4r riset kokat 10 minuter r\u00f6r du i mj\u00f6lkblandningen, l\u00e4gger locket p\u00e5 grytan och st\u00e4ller den i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e4kna med att det tar ungef\u00e4r tv\u00e5 timmar innan v\u00e4tskan varsamt kokat in och gr\u00f6ten b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 fin konsistens. Jag tog ut grytan ett par g\u00e5nger under tiden och r\u00f6rde ett varv, men jag tror inte det beh\u00f6vs.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa gr\u00e4dden. Ta ut gr\u00f6ten och r\u00f6r i en gener\u00f6s sm\u00f6rklick. Avsluta med att r\u00f6ra i gr\u00e4dden. Servera med kall mj\u00f6lk, sirap eller socker och kanel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Julens saffransgr\u00f6t<\/h2>\n<p>6 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g risgrynsgr\u00f6t<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl hel mandel<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>0,5 g saffran, ett paket<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>sylt, drottning \u00e4r gott, hallon\/bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<\/li>\n<li>vispad gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Flisa eller grovhacka mandeln. L\u00e4gg undan lite som ska str\u00f6s \u00f6ver p\u00e5 slutet.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda gr\u00f6t, mandel, \u00e4gg, gr\u00e4dde, saffran, socker och salt.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f6rj en form.\u00a0 Inte f\u00f6r stor, jag tycker att gr\u00f6ten blir b\u00e4st om den f\u00e5r formen av en ostkaka. Inte f\u00f6r tunn allts\u00e5. H\u00e4ll i smeten och str\u00f6 den sparade mandeln \u00f6verst.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter. Det beror lite p\u00e5 hur tjock den \u00e4r, men g\u00f6r ett stickprov. Stickan ska inte vara kladdig, men n\u00e4stan. Gr\u00f6ten f\u00e5r inte bli torr och ska samtidigt vara helt tillagad. Addera k\u00e4nsla till receptet.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4t ljummen med sylt och vispad gr\u00e4dde.
