V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rekommendationen lyder: 500 g frukt och gr\u00f6nt om dagen, 400 g f\u00f6r barn. Ett bra s\u00e4tt att ladda med antioxidanter, vitaminer, fibrer och mineraler.
