Och s\u00f6tt \u00e4r helt okej! Jag har ju redan kommit ut och presenterat min s\u00e4msta k\u00f6kssida. Som \u00e4r just den s\u00f6ta. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r p\u00e5sken en utmaning. Som jag s\u00e5klart antar. H\u00e4r har jag n\u00e4mligen ett par klockrena paradnummer. Det f\u00f6rsta kommer h\u00e4r, fluffigt, silkeslent och alldeles underbart!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kan man annat \u00e4n \u00e4lska en skapelse som blir perfekt p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 ingredienser och n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 minuter! \u00c4gg och socker \u00e4r egentligen allt som beh\u00f6vs. Men jag brukar l\u00e4gga till lite r\u00e5r\u00f6rda b\u00e4r och en citruston. Och s\u00e5klart handlar det om \u00e4ggtoddy. Superenkelt, snabbt och verkligen gott.<\/p>\n<p>Gillar ocks\u00e5 tanken p\u00e5 att \u00e4ggtoddy \u00e4r fritt fr\u00e5n konstigheter. En s\u00f6tsak utan e-nummer k\u00e4nns bra. Dessutom en s\u00f6tsak som barnen faktiskt kan f\u00e5 vara med och fixa utan att leendet stelnar en aning n\u00e4r \u201dhoppsan nu blev det visst lite fel igen\u201d dyker upp f\u00f6r sj\u00e4tte g\u00e5ngen. \u00c4ggulor och socker, vad kan h\u00e4nda? St\u00e4ll vitorna i kylen och l\u00e4gg gulorna i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med 1 msk socker per gula.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa \u00a0gulor och socker ljust och fluffigt. Elvisp rekommenderas f\u00f6r att s\u00e5 mycket luft som m\u00f6jligt ska vispas in i toddyn som blir lenare ju l\u00e4ngre den vispas.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e5r\u00f6r hallonen tillsammans med socker. Droppa \u00f6ver lite citron och riv \u00f6ver lite cest, det yttersta gula p\u00e5 citronskalet. R\u00f6r om och f\u00f6rdela i glas eller sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5lar. Skeda toddyn \u00f6ver s\u00e5 att det blir tv\u00e5 lager.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r funkar som enkel dessert b\u00e5de f\u00f6r barn och vuxna. Den som vill kan f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka vuxendesserten med n\u00e5gon matsked lik\u00f6r.
