K\u00e4nner ni sp\u00e4nningen!? Okej, jag fattar h\u00f6jda \u00f6gonbryn, men l\u00e5t mig bjuda p\u00e5 ett par smakprov. S\u00f6tt och salt, magi i all enkelhet. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vissa saker l\u00e5ter sig inte f\u00f6rklaras. Den enorma tillfredst\u00e4llelse odlingen f\u00f6rt in i mitt liv \u00e4r ett fr\u00e5getecken. Det g\u00e5r att formulera sig kring. Lugnet, dofterna, de fyllda korgarna, men det \u00e4r s\u00e5 mycket mer. N\u00e5got som inte kan f\u00e5ngas i ord.<\/p>\n<p>I v\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 att jag bockar av den d\u00e4r punkten p\u00e5 en l\u00e5ng lista bjuder jag p\u00e5 ett par mandeltips. Ett s\u00f6tt och ett salt. Med detta f\u00f6ljer texturen som \u00e4r en stor del i mandelmagin. Det \u00e4r det knapriga vi vill \u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e5da varianterna ska b\u00e5de rostas och smaks\u00e4ttas f\u00f6r att bli spr\u00f6da, extra knapriga. Tanken \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra enkel topping till sallad, hummussk\u00e5lar, dessert, gr\u00f6t eller annat. R\u00e4tter d\u00e4r vi vill f\u00e5 in lite extra smak och konsistens.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rst ut \u00e4r sojamandlarna, som f\u00f6rresten kan blandas med fr\u00f6n eller andra n\u00f6tter. S\u00e5 enkel att g\u00f6ra med maximal smakutdelning. Perfekt att hacka grovt och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver en sallad eller \u00f6ver en hummusbowl. Det g\u00e5r fint att g\u00f6ra en st\u00f6rre omg\u00e5ng och f\u00f6rvara torrt.<\/p>\n<p>Honungsrostade n\u00f6tter blir riktigt knapriga och hemligheten f\u00f6r att lyfta smaken \u00e4r en gnutta salt. Grovhacka eller flisa \u00f6ver chokladmoussen, fruktsalladen, glassen eller gr\u00f6ten.<\/p>\n<h2>Mandlar \u2013 sojarostade<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100 \u2013 150 g mandlar (2 \u2013 3 dl)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd &#8211; \u00be dl japansk soja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. L\u00e4gg mandlarna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. H\u00e4ll sojan \u00f6ver och blanda runt.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e4ll in i ugnen cirka 15 minuter eller lite l\u00e4ngre. De ska torka till, st\u00e4ng av ugnen och l\u00e5t mandlarna torka helt p\u00e5 efterv\u00e4rme en stund. R\u00f6r g\u00e4rna om ett par g\u00e5nger under tiden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Mandlar &#8211; honungsrostade<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100 &#8211; 150<\/li>\n<li>2 \u2013 3 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>en gener\u00f6s nypa flingsalt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg mandlarna i en stekpanna och torr-rosta dem p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme tills k\u00f6ket doftar just rostad mandel : )R\u00f6r i honungen och r\u00f6r om i ett par minuter innan mandlarna h\u00e4lls upp p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Smula genast \u00f6ver saltet.
