En kr\u00e4mig gr\u00f6t med lite mer struktur och uppenbarligen med smak v\u00e4rdig en vinnarplats. Vad v\u00e4ntar vi p\u00e5? V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Havrekross \u00e4r vad det l\u00e5ter som. Hel krossad havre med alla nyttigheter i beh\u00e5ll, fullkorn med andra ord. Havren skalas, \u00e5ngbehandlas och klipps, men sedan tar processandet slut. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r liksom s\u00e5 n\u00e4ra \u00e5kern du kan komma. Precis som vi vill ha det.<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver en viss framf\u00f6rh\u00e5llning eftersom krosset ska bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggas i flera timmar innan gr\u00f6ten kokas. Gr\u00f6t till frukost inneb\u00e4r att du m\u00e4ter upp krosset i en kastrull med vatten kv\u00e4llen innan. P\u00e5 morgonen \u00e4r det bara att s\u00e4tta den p\u00e5 spisen.<\/p>\n<p>En av de stora f\u00f6rdelarna \u00e4r att gr\u00f6ten kan styras. Gillar du struktur och lite tugg i gr\u00f6ten, bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg kortare tid och dra ner koktiden. Riktigt kr\u00e4mig, len gr\u00f6t f\u00e5r den som l\u00e4gger till lite tid.<\/p>\n<p>Om vi nu ska st\u00e4lla kross mot gryn s\u00e5 tycke jag att krosset vinner b\u00e5de i smak och konsistens. Den \u00e4r mustigare och konsistensen kr\u00e4migare mot grynens ibland lite kladdiga struktur. De krossade kornen \u00e4r mjuka, men finns kvar. Mycket gott!<\/p>\n<p>Nackdelen \u00e4r att man inte sl\u00e4nger ihop en portion bara s\u00e5d\u00e4r. Den m\u00e5ste planeras och koktiden \u00e4r dessutom l\u00e4ngre, men jag h\u00f6jer \u00e4nd\u00e5 min r\u00f6st f\u00f6r gr\u00f6t p\u00e5 havrekross. Jag vet ocks\u00e5 att frukostgudarna p\u00e5 Pom &amp; Flora g\u00f6r sin havregr\u00f6t p\u00e5 krosset. Den som nu ser ut som ett fr\u00e5getecken <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pomochflora.se\/\">f\u00e5r svar h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Och vad h\u00e4nde med VM? Ja, Sverige tog hem segern flera g\u00e5nger med gr\u00f6t kokt p\u00e5 svensk havrekross och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Gr\u00f6t p\u00e5 havrekross<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl havrekross<\/li>\n<li>4 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 krm salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u00e4gg havrekrossen i en kastrull, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och st\u00e4ll att vila 8 \u2013 10 timmar. L\u00e4ngre tid betyder mjukare.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e4ll kastrullen p\u00e5 spisen och sm\u00e5puttra. Vill du ha kornen fastare r\u00e4cker 10 minuter annars kan gr\u00f6ten puttra p\u00e5 upp till 25 minuter. Salta under de sista minuterna av koktiden.<\/li>\n<li>Jag gillar gr\u00f6ten med mj\u00f6lk, kanelstekta \u00e4ppelklyftor, honungsrostade n\u00f6tter och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r. En kropp- och sj\u00e4lsv\u00e4rmare, perfekt f\u00f6r oxveckorna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kanske har du siktet mer inst\u00e4llt p\u00e5 yoghurt och granola? D\u00e5 kanske du vill g\u00f6ra en rej\u00e4l sats av <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/appelpajsgranola-valgorande-hostgott\/\">min \u00e4ppelpajsgranola som finns i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>.
