V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En riktig curry som sprider trygghet och v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende bara av att puffa kryddiga duster d\u00e4r den puttrar p\u00e5 spisen. Den kommunicerar och sprider l\u00f6ften om att alla som sl\u00e5r sig ner vid bordet kommer bli m\u00e4tta och n\u00f6jda. S\u00e5 sant.<\/p>\n<p>Jag vill ha lite hetta i grytan s\u00e5 det \u00e4r en del chili i receptet. L\u00e4tt att reducera m\u00e4ngden och prova sig fram f\u00f6r den som \u00e4r chilitveksam. H\u00e4ll ut och upprepa tills st\u00e4rkelsen sk\u00f6ljts bort och vattnet \u00e4r klart.<\/p>\n<p>Koka sedan riset i lite mindre vatten \u00e4n du brukar. Ofta s\u00e4jer man 1 del ris till tv\u00e5 delar vatten, men till fyra personer passar 3 dl ris och 5 dl vatten. Skippa saltet och koka p\u00e5 relativt l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills vattnet sugits upp av riset. Lufta f\u00f6rsiktigt med gaffel.<\/p>\n<h2>Vegetarisk curry<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 butternutpumpa<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>1 tumnagelstor bit ingef\u00e4ra<\/li>\n<li>1 medelstark chili<\/li>\n<li>1 msk curry<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk spiskummin<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk mald koriander<\/li>\n<li>1 burk k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater, eller motsvarande m\u00e4ngd f\u00e4rska<\/li>\n<li>1 burk kik\u00e4rtor<\/li>\n<li>1 liten p\u00e5se babyspenat<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>1 kruka f\u00e4rsk koriander<\/li>\n<li>(eventuellt 1 &#8211; 2 dl kokosmj\u00f6lk)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Skala pumpan, k\u00e4rna ur och dela i stora t\u00e4rningar. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t, v\u00e4nd runt med olja och salta l\u00e4gg. Rosta i ugnen tills den \u00e4r mjuk och f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Halvera l\u00f6ken och skiva den tunt. Finhacka vitl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra och chili. Smaka eventuellt och avg\u00f6r om hela ska med.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp olja i en gryta och stek l\u00f6ken tillsammans med alla kryddorna. Inte f\u00f6r h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. Smakerna ska lockas fram utan hets. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 burktomaterna eller sk\u00e4r upp och l\u00e4gg i de f\u00e4rska. L\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills du har en simmig, kryddig tomats\u00e5s. H\u00e4ll eventuellt p\u00e5 lite kokosmj\u00f6lk eller en skv\u00e4tt gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj kik\u00e4rtorna och r\u00f6r i dem. V\u00e4nd ner spenaten och den rostade pumpan och smaka av med salt.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med f\u00e4rsk koriander, luftigt basmatiris och god chutney.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vegetarisk, v\u00e4rmande vintermat och \u00e4r du sugen p\u00e5 en till s\u00e5 kika p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/chili-sin-carne-gourmetvego-for-alla\/\">den vegetariska chilin vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>.
