Det finns obegripligt m\u00e5nga v\u00e4gar till en perfekt v\u00e5ffla. Den som scrollar instagram riskerar att bli m\u00e4tt och d\u00e4st bara av det outt\u00f6mliga receptfl\u00f6det. Och h\u00e4r kommer ett till : )<\/p>\n<p>Ett recept p\u00e5 en ljuvligt luftl\u00e4tt och mycket frasig v\u00e5ffla. Hemligheten \u00e4r vispad gr\u00e4dde och inga \u00e4gg. En v\u00e5rdad familjeskatt. Och vi startar med n\u00e5gra konkreta, goda v\u00e5ffelr\u00e5d.<\/p>\n<h2>3 tips f\u00f6r frasigaste frasv\u00e5fflan<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Innan du gr\u00e4ddar, se till att v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet verkligen f\u00e5tt upp v\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa inte smeten s\u00e5 att mj\u00f6let bildar glutentr\u00e5dar. Sikta ner mj\u00f6let tillsammans med bakpulver och salt. R\u00f6r sedan i sm\u00f6r och vatten.<\/li>\n<li>Servera genast! Eller l\u00e4gg v\u00e5fflorna i ugnen p\u00e5 75 grader allt eftersom de blir klara. Trava aldrig v\u00e5fflorna p\u00e5 h\u00f6g. Det blir f\u00f6r fuktigt och de f\u00f6rlorar fraset.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Frasigaste frasv\u00e5fflan<\/h2>\n<p>8 &#8211; 10 stycken<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vetemj\u00f6l, inte special<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<li>2 dl kallt vatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Jordgubbskompott<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g frysta jordgubbar<\/li>\n<li>1 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd citron, rivet skal och saft<\/li>\n<li>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng, eller \u00bd tsk \u00e4kta vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet som ska bli riktigt varmt. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och st\u00e4ll det att svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa gr\u00e4dden och st\u00e4ll den \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>Sikta ner vetemj\u00f6let i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med bakpulver och en nypa salt. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 kallt vatten och det avsvalnade sm\u00f6ret. R\u00f6r snabbt ihop till en helt j\u00e4mn tjock smet. \u00d6verarbeta inte smeten d\u00e5 utvecklas gluten och det passar inte den som vill ha en frasig v\u00e5ffla.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nd ner gr\u00e4dden i smeten som kommer vara mycket tjockare \u00e4n v\u00e5ffelsmet brukar vara.<\/li>\n<li>Pensla det heta v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet med en aning rapsolja och gr\u00e4dda v\u00e5fflorna.<\/li>\n<li>Till kompotten, som kan g\u00f6ras i god tid, l\u00e4gger du jordgubbar, socker, citronskal och saft i en kastrull. Sk\u00e5ra vaniljst\u00e5ngen och r\u00f6r i den eller l\u00e4gg i vaniljpulver. Sjud p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme tills gubbarna mjuknat.<\/li>\n<li>Servera de heta frasiga v\u00e5fflorna med vispad gr\u00e4dde och jordgubbskompott.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vad med kan man beg\u00e4ra av en solig marstorsdag?!
