V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De f\u00f6rsta g\u00f6r mig innerligt glad och jag kan aldrig l\u00e5ta bli att plocka dem genast. Br\u00e4nnande fingertoppar \u00e4r ett s\u00e4kert v\u00e5rtecken. Och fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rsta april har jag alltid en pappersp\u00e5se i fickan, utifall att andan faller p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns n\u00e5gra st\u00e4ndigt \u00e5terkommande recept. L\u00e4gg i n\u00e4sslorna n\u00e4r pannan \u00e4r varm. Klicka blixtsnabbt i lite sm\u00f6r, salta, r\u00f6r om och servera genast. Det g\u00e5r verkligen s\u00e5 fort. Och \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott.<\/p>\n<p>En variant \u00e4r att riva i lite vitl\u00f6k. Det h\u00e4r fr\u00e4set passar till mycket. Brukar du servera spenat s\u00e5 funkar snabbfr\u00e4s p\u00e5 n\u00e4sslor som alternativ.<\/p>\n<p>En annan favorit \u00e4r pesto\u2026jag tror att ordet\/namnet anspelar p\u00e5 att den ska mortlas, men jag g\u00f6r min i minimixer. Rostade hasseln\u00f6tter ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r de \u00f6verskattade pinjen\u00f6tterna. Och s\u00e5 riven svensk h\u00e5rdost. Verkligen mycket gott!<\/p>\n<h2>Pesto p\u00e5 br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslor<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 l nyplockade, sp\u00e4da n\u00e4sslor<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<li>1 n\u00e4ve rostade hasseln\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>1 dl riven pr\u00e4st- eller v\u00e4sterbottensost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka upp en kastrull med l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten. Sk\u00f6lj n\u00e4sslorna mycket noga. F\u00f6rv\u00e4ll dem i vattnet en knapp minut.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av och krama sedan ur s\u00e5 mycket vatten som du bara kan ur n\u00e4sslorna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i mixer med olja, grovhackad vitl\u00f6k och salt. Mixa ihop och l\u00e4gg i hasseln\u00f6tterna. K\u00f6r kort eller lite l\u00e4ngre beroende p\u00e5 hur du vill ha dina n\u00f6tter. Jag gillar att det \u00e4r lite bitar kvar.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r i osten och smaka av. Kanske vill du ha lite mer s\u00e4lta?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Urgott till pasta, men ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 en b\u00e4ttre macka med olika h\u00e4rliga p\u00e5l\u00e4gg.
