Blad, blommor och fr\u00f6n. De smakrika prim\u00f6rerna vi h\u00e4mtar direkt fr\u00e5n skogen. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r de allra f\u00f6rsta vi vill \u00e5t. De sp\u00e4da, vilda prim\u00f6rerna. Odlat \u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4dlat och skillnaden m\u00e4rks. De vilda bladen \u00e4r gr\u00f6vre, str\u00e4vare, bittrare, men den som \u00e4r snabb att leta upp den tidigaste sk\u00f6rden har en trivsam smakupplevelse att se fram mot.<\/p>\n<p>I skog och lundar, d\u00e4r finns v\u00e5rens salladsv\u00e4xter. Det g\u00e5r alldeles utm\u00e4rkt att plocka ihop en hel sk\u00e5l med bara vilda v\u00e4xter, eller att v\u00e4lja n\u00e5gra f\u00e5. Blanda med milda odlade sorter f\u00f6r att t\u00e4mja smakerna eller g\u00e5 all in.<\/p>\n<p>Den som k\u00e4nner minsta tvekan inf\u00f6r v\u00e4xtvalet tar med sig en flora. Riskerna \u00e4r sm\u00e5, men visst \u00e4r liljekonvalj och ramsl\u00f6k lika. Och fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r st\u00e5r du framf\u00f6r en spansk k\u00f6rvel eller ett hundk\u00e4k? Just nu \u00e4r det deras tid om och om ett par veckor finns det andra sk\u00f6nheter att leta upp och stoppa i salladssk\u00e5len.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Salladssk\u00f6rd fr\u00e5n naturskafferiet \u2013 dagens plocklista<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Lindblad: <\/strong>De allra sp\u00e4daste bladen \u00e4r milda och en bra salladsbas att blanda med andra odlade blad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Almfr\u00f6: <\/strong>Bjuder p\u00e5 en mild, s\u00f6taktigt n\u00f6tig smak. En favorit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6nnblommor<\/strong>: Nektarfyllda och underbart vackra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bj\u00f6rkl\u00f6v<\/strong>: Ta bara de ytepyttesm\u00e5 som fortfarande \u00e4r klibbiga. Det r\u00e4cker med en liten handfull f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta mycket smak. V\u00e4ntar man f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge blir bladen grova och r\u00e4tt beska.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skogsviol<\/strong>: Bara de vackra sm\u00e5 blommorna f\u00e5r f\u00f6lja med i salladen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blad av k\u00e4rleks\u00f6rt<\/strong>: En fetbladsv\u00e4xt med mild smak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Harsyra<\/strong>: B\u00e5de blomma och blad \u00e4r syrliga och verkligen mycket goda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramsl\u00f6k<\/strong>: Hela v\u00e4xten blad, knopp, blomma och fr\u00f6 g\u00e5r att \u00e4ta och har en tydlig smak av gr\u00e4sig vitl\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6ktrav<\/strong>: De allra sp\u00e4daste bladen och blomknoppen har en fin l\u00f6ksmak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsblomma<\/strong>: Sm\u00e5, rosa och sockers\u00f6ta. Plocka inte f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga eftersom det \u00e4r bl\u00e5b\u00e4r to be.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kirsk\u00e5l<\/strong>: Ta dem innan de vecklat ut sig. Riktigt sp\u00e4da och fortfarande glansiga \u00e4r de b\u00e4st. Jag tar bort den lite grova stj\u00e4lken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maskros<\/strong>: Miniblad \u00e4r godast och inte f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen. De ska helst plockas innan de flikat sig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spansk k\u00f6rvel<\/strong>: Sp\u00e4da \u00e4r godast med en tydlig, gr\u00f6n lakritston. Plocka ner dem i mindre bitar innan de hamnar i salladssk\u00e5len.<\/p>\n<p>Och vad \u00e5t vi till? De vilda v\u00e4xterna blandades i en egen sk\u00e5l och till det bj\u00f6ds nybakat br\u00f6d, ett par goda, kr\u00e4miga ostar, plus varsin liten sk\u00e5l med olja och salt. Sv\u00e5rare beh\u00f6ver det inte vara att smaka in v\u00e5ren. Och mycket prat blir det.
