En s\u00e5n som tar tid p\u00e5 sig och kr\u00e4ver n\u00e5got att ta f\u00f6r sig av innan det \u00e4r dags.<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r br\u00f6det har l\u00e5nat en id\u00e9 fr\u00e5n ett judiskt bakverk. Dela rullen p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden, v\u00e4nd snittytorna upp\u00e5t och fl\u00e4ta l\u00f6st.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag vet att m\u00e5nga, ocks\u00e5 jag, g\u00e4rna vill ha det exakt i baksammanhang. Bakat \u00e4r lite knepigare \u00e4n annan matlagning. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r tar jag tempen p\u00e5 mitt br\u00f6d. Det d\u00e4r med ugnstider \u00e4r os\u00e4kert. D\u00e5 tas br\u00f6det ur ugnen och tempen stiger ytterligare n\u00e5gon grad. Perfekt!<\/p>\n<p>Ett annat tips \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra det sista fl\u00e4tmomentet n\u00e4r degen ligger p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten d\u00e4r den ska gr\u00e4ddas. Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att flytta den efter att den \u00e4r fylld, delad och fl\u00e4tad.<\/p>\n<p>Och viktigt! Det tar lite tid eftersom jag vill ha en deg som j\u00e4st l\u00e4nge. Lika bra att s\u00e4tta ig\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<h2>Pestobr\u00f6d<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>25 g j\u00e4st<\/li>\n<li>5 dl kallt vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>1 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>11 dl vetemj\u00f6l special<\/li>\n<li>1 \u2013 1 \u00bd dl pesto, recept p\u00e5 egen i l\u00e4nk nedan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Smula j\u00e4sten i en bunke. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och blanda s\u00e5 att den l\u00f6ser sig.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt honung, olja och salt. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 ett par dl mj\u00f6l och r\u00f6r eller k\u00f6r i beredare tills allt \u00e4r blandat. Tills\u00e4tt resten av mj\u00f6let och arbeta snabbt ihop till en deg. T\u00e4ck och st\u00e4ll att j\u00e4sa i kyl minst sex timmar, g\u00e4rna \u00e5tta.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. H\u00e4ll upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Kavla ut till en rektangel ungef\u00e4r stor som ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Bred p\u00e5 peston och rulla ihop degen som en rullt\u00e5rta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg rullen p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten d\u00e4r br\u00f6det ska gr\u00e4ddas. Dela rullen mitt itu p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden. V\u00e4nd snittytorna upp\u00e5t och fl\u00e4ta ihop bitarna l\u00f6st. S\u00e4tt in pl\u00e5ten i ugnen och gr\u00e4dda 15 minuter innan du s\u00e4tter i spetsen av en ugnstermometer mitt i br\u00f6det.
