Den f\u00f6re detta veganen har talat. F\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt ingen dum sak alls. Att byta fokus s\u00e5d\u00e4r. K\u00f6tt\u00e4tandet \u00e4r okej igen, men med h\u00f6ga krav p\u00e5 kvalitet och m\u00e5ttliga m\u00e4ngder. Passar mig perfekt. Vi \u00e4r eniga.<\/p>\n<p>Ja, s\u00e5 \u00e4r k\u00f6ttet spikat f\u00f6r dagens grill. Men sen d\u00e5&#8230;faktum \u00e4r att det egentligen \u00e4r i det momentet som de stora besluten fattas. Det \u00e4r med tillbeh\u00f6ren som det h\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r inget stort fan av rubar, glazar och kryddblandningar. Faktiskt. Riktigt bra k\u00f6ttr\u00e5vara, salt och peppar. Sedan f\u00e5r den perfekta gl\u00f6den g\u00f6ra jobbet. Men vid sidan av den saftigt, m\u00f6ra biten vill jag ha fest, stim och stoj bland smakerna. Och d\u00e4r har vi dem, s\u00e5ser och r\u00f6ror.<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag valt ut tre stycken. Tanken \u00e4r inte alla p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng, en r\u00e4cker gott. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r skulle man kunna g\u00f6ra:<\/p>\n<h2>S\u00e5ser och r\u00f6ror runt grillen<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6rst ut en vanlig pesto. Eller inte s\u00e5 vanlig. Jag g\u00f6r min p\u00e5 ramsl\u00f6k, men basilika \u00e4r underbart. N\u00f6tter eller fr\u00f6n, god ost, vitl\u00f6k och olja. V\u00e4lj sorter efter lust och tillg\u00e5ng. En klassiker som \u00e4r ljuvlig till pasta, men som ocks\u00e5 passar potatis.<\/p>\n<p>Prova att rosta potatis och blanda gener\u00f6st med pesto. Till detta g\u00f6r du en tomatsalsa\/sallad. Snabbkoka ett par n\u00e4var haricotsverts som sedan f\u00e5r landa i en het panna med olivolja och vitl\u00f6k. Lite salt och sedan \u00e4r det bara att servera.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/ravara-ramslok\/\">Recept p\u00e5 pesto finns vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mitt f\u00f6rslag nummer tv\u00e5 \u00e4r Caesardressing, favoriten som finns p\u00e5 landets i stort sett alla krogmenyer. Men har du testat att g\u00f6ra egen? G\u00f6r det! S\u00e5 fin till grillat. Gr\u00f6nsaker, fisk, kyckling och k\u00f6tt alla g\u00f6r de sig till en bra caesardressing.<\/p>\n<p>Ocks\u00e5 den funkar s\u00e5 bra till potatis. Vi n\u00e4rmar oss tiden f\u00f6r den f\u00e4rska och d\u00e5 m\u00e5ste ni prova. Annars \u00e4r den underbar till gr\u00f6na blad. En stor gr\u00f6n sallad mitt p\u00e5 bordet. Grillade bitar surdegsbr\u00f6d iblandade strax f\u00f6re servering och flagor av ost p\u00e5 toppen. Vilket grillkalas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/caesardressing-vi-alskar-dig\/\">Caesardressing finner du i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mitt tredje f\u00f6rslag \u00e4r en vackert orange salsa romesco. Kr\u00e4mig, het, len och smakrik i en salig blandning. Potatis, grillat surdegsbr\u00f6d, oliver, god ost, lufttorkad skinka och grillade gr\u00f6nsaker. Bam, s\u00e4ger jag.
