Till kakor, pajer, bullar, frukt och b\u00e4r. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Topping till en mandelkaka. D\u00e4r har ni ursprunget. Ni vet Toscarutorna, grundade med mazarinmassa, t\u00e4ckta med mandelkolat\u00e4cke. Sedan har den underbara smeten vandrat vidare utanf\u00f6r rutan och det g\u00f6r den r\u00e4tt i. Passar verkligen till s\u00e5 mycket.<\/p>\n<p>Jag g\u00f6r en blandning av ett gediget recept och egen preferens. Sj\u00e4lva kolasmeten kommer fr\u00e5n en l\u00e4robok f\u00f6r konditorer. Den perfekta grundboken med klockrent s\u00e4kra recept, men sen kunde jag inte l\u00e5ta bli att g\u00f6ra om lite.<\/p>\n<p>Smeten \u00e4r precis som den ska, men ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r mandelsp\u00e5n vill jag anv\u00e4nda hela, l\u00e4tt saltrostade n\u00f6tter. Alla sorter jag hittade i g\u00f6mmorna fick f\u00f6lja med.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 konditorivis kokas smeten till exakt temperatur f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till r\u00e4tt kn\u00e4ck sedan efter gr\u00e4ddning.<\/p>\n<p>Toscasmeten passar till mjuka kakor och jag gillar den s\u00e4rskilt i kombo med n\u00e5got syrligt. Till rabarber! Eller vinb\u00e4rs- och hallonkakor. Perfekt! B\u00e4r- eller \u00e4ppelpaj funkar ocks\u00e5. Alternativet \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s en neutral kaka och b\u00e4r vid sidan.<\/p>\n<p>Den g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 bullar och sj\u00e4lvklart direkt \u00f6ver frukt. T\u00e4nk p\u00e4ronhalvor, plommon eller \u00e4ppelklyftor. Ett bra-att-ha-recept.<\/p>\n<p>Bilden till receptet har en mandel- och rabarberkaka som grund. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/rabarbermazarin-perfekt-kombination\/\">Receptet har ni vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>. Skillnaden h\u00e4r \u00e4r att jag skivade rabarbern tunt ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att anv\u00e4nda st\u00f6rre bitar. Och h\u00e4r kommer sj\u00e4lva toscareceptet som \u00e4r lika bra som enkelt med 4 ingredienser i samma proportioner.<\/p>\n<h2>Toscasmet<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>100 g socker<\/li>\n<li>100 g vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>100 g honung<\/li>\n<li>rostade n\u00f6tter (eventuellt saltrostade!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda ingredienserna. Allt utom n\u00f6tterna och koka varsamt till en temperatur p\u00e5 118 grader. En digital ugntermometer funkar fint.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r i n\u00f6tter. M\u00e4ngden avg\u00f6r du sj\u00e4lv. De kan hackade eller hela. L\u00e4tt saltrostade eller inte. Du best\u00e4mmer.<\/li>\n<li>Bred toscasmeten exempelvis \u00f6ver en kaka eller paj och baka av i 200 grader cirka 15 minuter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c4r du som jag ett fan av rabarber och kn\u00e4ckiga ytor s\u00e5 tycker jag ocks\u00e5 att du ska <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/och-vinnaren-ar-knackig-rabarberpaj\/\">kika p\u00e5 rabarberpajen vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>.
