Vi l\u00e4mnar gr\u00e4dde och socker, \u00f6ppnar sinnena och se d\u00e4r, s\u00e4lta fr\u00e5n ost och hm, svartpeppar. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6tman fr\u00e5n en mogen honungsmelon tillsammans med lufttorkad skinka, s\u00e5 gott. Och vattenmelon med fetaost, helt underbart. Grillade nektariner och rosmarin i kycklingsallad \u00e4r ljuvligt, inte sant!?<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r en s\u00e5n. En som gillar den tydliga kontrasten mellan s\u00f6ta fruktiga smaker och det salta. G\u00e4ller inte alla, men h\u00e4r kommer nu i alla fall en lika enkel som god kombination.<\/p>\n<p>Mitt jordgubbsland har ett prakt\u00e5r. S\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4r att det r\u00e4cker till innovativa id\u00e9er. De som ligger utanf\u00f6r att bara \u00e4ta solvarma direkt i landet och allt det fluffigt gr\u00e4ddigt, s\u00f6ta.<\/p>\n<p>Det f\u00e5r bli en sallad. En som exempelvis passar bland flera andra p\u00e5 en liten grillbuff\u00e9. Ni vet, ett par olika sallader, n\u00e5gon r\u00f6ra, gott br\u00f6d och s\u00e5 grillat till det.<\/p>\n<p>Jag funderade p\u00e5 smaker som passar jordgubbar och fastnade f\u00f6r mynta, eller basilika och svartpeppar.<\/p>\n<h2>Jordgubbssallad<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd &#8211; 2 l jordgubbar<\/li>\n<li>200 g salladsost<\/li>\n<li>n\u00e5gra kvistar mynta eller basilika<\/li>\n<li>2 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk honung<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Ansa jordgubbarna och sk\u00e4r i halvor eller kvartar. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 fat och bryt osten \u00f6ver.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r mynta eller basilika fint och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda vin\u00e4ger och honung.
