Gr\u00e4dde och riktigt mycket jordgubbar. Inga konstigheter, enkelt och s\u00e5 gott! En o\u00f6vertr\u00e4ffad sommart\u00e5rta. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ett k\u00e4rt barn som m\u00e5nga g\u00f6r anspr\u00e5k p\u00e5, Pinocchiot\u00e5rta eller Gl\u00f6mminget\u00e5rta eller Brittat\u00e5rta eller Toret\u00e5rta. Samma sak och alltid lika god.<\/p>\n<p>Principen \u00e4r enkel, men det finns ett moment som brukar f\u00f6rvirra. Ska mar\u00e4ngen verkligen bres direkt p\u00e5 den ogr\u00e4ddade sockerkaksmeten? Jag skivar jordgubbarna, men tills\u00e4tter inget extra socker.<\/p>\n<h2>Pinocciot\u00e5rta<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g rumstempererat sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>5 \u00e4ggulor, vitorna sparas till mar\u00e4ngen<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd tsk vaniljsocker<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mar\u00e4ng<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5 \u00e4ggvitor<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fyll med<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd &#8211; 2 liter jordgubbar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 140 grader varmluft, eller 150 grader \u00f6ver- + underv\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa ihop sm\u00f6r och socker till en j\u00e4mn smet. Vispa i \u00e4ggulorna en och en. Forts\u00e4tt vispa i mj\u00f6lken.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda mj\u00f6l, vaniljsocker och bakpulver s\u00e5 att det inte finns n\u00e5gra klumpar. V\u00e4nd ner i \u00e4ggsmeten. Bred ut p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa \u00e4ggvitor och socker tills du har en gl\u00e4nsande mar\u00e4ng som bildar toppar n\u00e4r du lyfter upp vispen. Sk\u00e5len ska kunna v\u00e4ndas upp och ner. Bred blandningen i ett j\u00e4mnt lager \u00f6ver kaksmeten. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen 25 \u2013 30 minuter. L\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa gr\u00e4dden och skiva jordgubbarna. Dela bottnen i tv\u00e5 delar. Strax innan servering l\u00e4gger du ett lager gr\u00e4dde och jordgubbar \u00f6ver ena halvan.
