Dill-, ost-, citron- och svartpepparstuvad. Ja, ni h\u00f6r ju sj\u00e4lva. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det finns smaker som \u00e4r som klippta och skurna f\u00f6r varandra. Jag utgick fr\u00e5n f\u00e4rskpotatis, som f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt l\u00e4mnat det lite smakl\u00f6sa f\u00f6rsta prim\u00f6rstadiet. Det aningen vattniga \u00e4r borta. Potatisen \u00e4r t\u00e4t i strukturen, kr\u00e4mig med ljuvliga smaker.<\/p>\n<p>Passar inte f\u00f6r lagring utan \u00e4ts f\u00e4rsk, men nu med stor personlighet. Sommaren \u00e4r verkligen smakm\u00e4ssigt h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5, det var med den d\u00e4r gudomliga potatisen som jag b\u00f6rjade f\u00f6r att sedan addera b\u00e5de gr\u00e4dde och cr\u00e8me fraiche. Dill f\u00f6rst\u00e5s och s\u00e5 tillkom en n\u00e4ve riven pr\u00e4stost f\u00f6r den d\u00e4r mustiga s\u00e4ltan. Men d\u00e5 saknades det syra och s\u00e5 fick citronen en plats. Av ren nyfikenhet lade jag till en gener\u00f6s dos svartpeppar f\u00f6r att matcha citronsyran och ah, d\u00e4r satt den.<\/p>\n<p>Det blev verkligen s\u00e5 gott. Nu har vi upprepat proceduren ett par dagar, f\u00f6rst till r\u00f6kt lax och nu senast till stekt korv. F\u00f6rsta tomatsk\u00f6rden fick f\u00f6lja med och sm\u00e5 minigurkor fr\u00e5n v\u00e4xthuset. Alldeles s\u00e4rskilt gott utomhus. Sommar p\u00e5 ett fat jag lovar.<\/p>\n<h2>Dillstuvad f\u00e4rskpotatis och lite till<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g f\u00e4rskpotatis<\/li>\n<li>2 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd &#8211; 1 citron, saften<\/li>\n<li>1 dl riven ost, pr\u00e4st eller v\u00e4sterbottens<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar efter egen smak, men den ska m\u00e4rkas<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka upp en kastrull med saltat vatten. Skrubba eller skrapa potatisen. L\u00e4gg ner i det kokande vattnet. Locket p\u00e5. Koka mjuk och h\u00e4ll upp i durkslag.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa ner gr\u00e4dde och cr\u00e8me fraiche i kastrullen. Smaka av med citronsaft och var inte r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r syran som kommer d\u00e4mpas av osten. Sm\u00e5puttra n\u00e5gon minut.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r i ost och svartpeppar. G\u00e4rna gener\u00f6st, men pepparhettan f\u00e5r inte ta \u00f6ver. Hacka dillen och r\u00f6r i den. V\u00e4nd till sist ner potatisen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Men, det h\u00e4r \u00e4r v\u00e4l ingen stuvning? Det saknas ju redning. St\u00e4mmer bra, men n\u00e4r citronsaften r\u00f6rs ner i gr\u00e4dden s\u00e5 tjocknar s\u00e5sen.
