En massa gott kvar, men i ack s\u00e5 sm\u00e5 portioner. En bit lax d\u00e4r, ett par \u00e4gg, lite majonn\u00e4s, tv\u00e5 dillkvistar och s\u00e5d\u00e4r forts\u00e4tter det. Allt \u00e4r lovande, men f\u00f6r lite. Det \u00e4r d\u00e5 man f\u00e5r anv\u00e4ndning f\u00f6r sin kreativa sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sbakelse-sida. Den man inte visste att man hade. Nu ska den fram!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag radar upp en hel del trevliga rester fr\u00e5n kylen och g\u00f6r en plan. Den perfekta r\u00e4tten f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 anv\u00e4ndning f\u00f6r de olika delarna m\u00e5ste vara en r\u00e4tt d\u00e4r man kan blanda hejdl\u00f6st. Vad tror ni om en sm\u00f6rg\u00e5st\u00e5rta i miniformat. En sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sbakelse.<\/p>\n<p>Eller r\u00e4ttare sagt flera olika. Vissa grundl\u00e4ggande delar \u00e4r samma medan annat byts ut beroende p\u00e5 hur mycket som finns kvar av just den varan. Lax har jag kvar sm\u00e5bitar av fast i olika former, varmr\u00f6kt, kallr\u00f6kt och gravad. Sp\u00e4nnande att hitta r\u00e4tt kombinationer och ett perfekt s\u00e4tt att ta r\u00e4tt p\u00e5 varje liten godbit.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Det \u00e4r bara att botanisera och uppfinna beroende p\u00e5 vad man hittar. Sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sbakelsen \u00e4r till\u00e5tande och man kan ge sig p\u00e5 lite dj\u00e4rva p\u00e5hitt, men f\u00f6rs\u00f6k i stort h\u00e5lla en linje med s\u00e5dant som passar ihop. Men som sagt mycket kan kombineras. Till och med sillen kan sk\u00e4ras fint och f\u00f6lja med i ett lager, tillsammans med \u00e4gg, majonn\u00e4s dill och lite l\u00f6k blir det kanon.<\/p>\n<p>Jag h\u00e5ller k\u00f6ttiga saker f\u00f6r sig och de med fisk f\u00f6r sig. \u00c4gg fungerar tillsammans med b\u00e5da varianterna.<\/p>\n<p>Till saken h\u00f6r att h\u00e4r f\u00e5r man anv\u00e4nda sitt goda omd\u00f6me n\u00e4r det kommer till m\u00e4ngder. H\u00e4r finns inget exakt recept . Utg\u00e5ngspunkten \u00e4r p\u00e5skbordets rester. Lite olika i olika kylsk\u00e5p men \u00e4nd\u00e5 s\u00e4kert med flera gemensamma n\u00e4mnare.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5h\u00e4r t\u00e4nkte jag n\u00e4r jag gjorde mina mackor. Jag anv\u00e4nde vitt formbr\u00f6d som jag stansade fina runda br\u00f6dskivor fr\u00e5n. Kanterna mixade jag och fr\u00f6s in f\u00f6r att anv\u00e4nda till k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsbiffar vid senare tillf\u00e4lle.<\/p>\n<p>Samma sorts br\u00f6d anv\u00e4ndes genomg\u00e5ende till de olika sm\u00f6rg\u00e5stornen. Majonn\u00e4s fanns kvar fr\u00e5n p\u00e5skbordet och den fick f\u00f6lja med som st\u00e5ende ingrediens. Tanken \u00e4r att majonn\u00e4sen bara ska binda ihop de olika fyllningarna. Det beh\u00f6vs verkligen inte mycket.<\/p>\n<p>En halv burk creme fraiche hittade jag ocks\u00e5. Den vispades och breddes tunt som yttersta lagret runt bakelserna.\u00a0F\u00f6r ni vet v\u00e4l att man kan vispa creme fraiche precis som gr\u00e4dde? Tillsammans i en ny kreation blir resterna en festm\u00e5l tid p\u00e5 nytt.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tre br\u00f6dskivor med fyllning mellan lagren blev en bakelse och s\u00e5h\u00e4r byggde jag dem.<\/p>\n<h2>Sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sbakelse &#8211; lax<\/h2>\n<p>I fyllning 1: Hackat \u00e4gg, majonn\u00e4s, finskuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>I fyllning 2: R\u00f6kt lax, majonn\u00e4s, finskuren dill, citroncest och lite pressad citron, cayennepeppar.<\/p>\n<p>Vispad creme fraiche breddes i ett tunt lager runt hela. Bakelsen dekorerades med r\u00e4disor, dill, sm\u00f6rg\u00e5skrasse, gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och citroncest.<\/p>\n<h2>Sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sbakelse &#8211; r\u00f6kt k\u00f6tt<\/h2>\n<p>I fyllning 1: Finskuret \u00e4pple, hackat \u00e4gg, majonn\u00e4s<\/p>\n<p>I fyllning 2: T\u00e4rnat r\u00f6kt k\u00f6tt, majonn\u00e4s, riven pepparrot<\/p>\n<p>Vispad creme fraiche i ett tunt lager runtom. Sedan dekorerades bakelsen med tunna ringar l\u00f6kblast, finstrimlad, picklad gulbeta och n\u00e5gra lingon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5h\u00e4r blev det f\u00f6r att det h\u00e4r var vad som fanns. P\u00e5skbordsrester helt enkelt Andra sorters fisk, till och med sill hade fungerat i den f\u00f6rsta varianten. Och i den k\u00f6ttiga hade man kunnat byta det r\u00f6kta k\u00f6ttet mot exempelvis skinka.
