V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I \u00e5r har jag persilja p\u00e5 sex olika platser p\u00e5 lotterna. Och det \u00e4r rej\u00e4la sjok med m\u00e5nga plantor. Inget duttande. V\u00e4xtplatserna ger lite olika f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och s\u00e4krar stor sk\u00f6rd, f\u00f6r persilja vill jag inte vara utan.<\/p>\n<p>En rej\u00e4l knippa f\u00f6ljer med hem varje dag. N\u00e5gra stj\u00e4lkar g\u00e5r med i en gr\u00f6n smoothie och n\u00e5gra k\u00f6r jag ihop till en sorts \u00f6rtr\u00f6ra av som sedan kan v\u00e4ndas runt med kokta, ugnsrostade eller grillade gr\u00f6nsaker. Passar ocks\u00e5 att blanda i en tomatsallad, eller att r\u00f6ra ner i pasta tillsammans med riven ost. Ja, anv\u00e4ndbar till mycket.<\/p>\n<p>Jag l\u00e4gger persilja och vitl\u00f6k i en liten mixerbeh\u00e5llare. V\u00e4rmer sedan en skv\u00e4tt rapsolja i en kastrull. Tempen ska upp till 50 \u2013 60 grader. H\u00e4ller oljan \u00f6ver det gr\u00f6na. Saltar lite och k\u00f6r ihop. Ibland tar jag h\u00e4lften basilika. Gott!<\/p>\n<p>Persiljan har blivit n\u00e5gon. Fr\u00e5n m\u00e5ste-gr\u00f6nt till mycket uppskattat och anv\u00e4ndbart bladgr\u00f6nt. Inte minst d\u00e5 i libanesisk tabbouleh eller varianter p\u00e5 den. Det vill s\u00e4ga en sallad med persilja som huvudingrediens.<\/p>\n<p>I originalet finns f\u00f6rutom persilja, tomat, l\u00f6k och bulgur. Dessutom en rej\u00e4l dos pressad citron. Jag byter oftast ut bulgur mot havreris eller matvete, plus att jag g\u00f6r lite till\u00e4gg efter sk\u00f6rdel\u00e4get p\u00e5 lotten. Just nu \u00e4r exempelvis gurkorna ljuvliga.<\/p>\n<h2>Tabbouleh<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 rej\u00e4l knippa persilja<\/li>\n<li>400 g tomater<\/li>\n<li>2 sm\u00e5gurkor, eller \u00bd stor<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 dl havreris<\/li>\n<li>1 citron<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl olivolja<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacka persiljan grovt. Sk\u00e4r tomaterna i bitar. T\u00e4rna gurkan. Hacka eller skiva l\u00f6ken tunt.<\/li>\n<li>Koka havreriset enligt instruktionerna p\u00e5 paketet. H\u00e4ll av och sk\u00f6lj i kallt vatten.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda alla ingredienserna. Pressa saften ur citronen och v\u00e4nd ner den tillsammans med olja. Smaka av med salt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En smakrik och syrlig sallad som passar lika bra till grillat k\u00f6tt som till en vegetarisk tallrik med grillost och en klick hummus.
