Inte det? Det ska vi \u00e4ndra p\u00e5. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om jag snabbt skulle v\u00e4lja smaker som \u00e4r, eller var, typiska f\u00f6r traditionell svensk mat skulle jag s\u00e4ga saltat, r\u00f6kt och s\u00f6tsyrligt.<\/p>\n<p>Konserveringssmaker, som kom med en funktion och sedan b\u00f6rjat \u00e4lskas som v\u00e5ra inhemskt typiska, trots att kyl och frys egentligen gjort dem \u00f6verfl\u00f6diga. S\u00e4rskilt runt storhelgerna blir det tydligt vad som f\u00f6ljt med genom tiderna och blivit tradition.<\/p>\n<p>Idag blir det dressing, en s\u00e5svariant som kanske inte \u00e4r urgammal, men jag har sett recept fr\u00e5n 40-talet p\u00e5 s\u00e5s liknande den h\u00e4r. Till potatis? Vet ej, men det blir verkligen mycket gott med den lite \u00e4ttiksstickiga s\u00e5sen som mildrats och blivit kr\u00e4mig tillsammans med gr\u00e4dde och \u00e4ggula.<\/p>\n<p>Socker k\u00e4nns kanske konstigt, men som sagt en av v\u00e5ra smaker och vanlig ihop med sill och i alla m\u00f6jliga inl\u00e4ggningar. \u00c4ttika och socker \u00e4r en smakkombination vi verkligen \u00e4r vana vid.<\/p>\n<p>Jag fick feeling och dekorerade salladen med kronblad av violer. Men, nej man m\u00e5ste verkligen inte. Vill man dekorera med n\u00e5got annat s\u00e5 \u00e4r mitt tips en extra dos hackad eller plockad dill. V\u00e4ljer man blommor ska de sj\u00e4lvklart vara \u00e4tliga.<\/p>\n<h2>Potatissallad med mormorsdressing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>6 \u2013 8 personer<\/li>\n<li>1 kg f\u00e4rskpotatis<\/li>\n<li>1 gurka<\/li>\n<li>150 g socker\u00e4rtor<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill<\/li>\n<li>100 g gr\u00f6na blad, sallat, spenat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mormorsdressing<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 msk \u00e4ttika, 12 %<\/li>\n<li>1 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>3 msk vatten<\/li>\n<li>\u00be tsk gula senapsfr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4ggula<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00c4tbar dekoration<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>kronblad av violer eller andra \u00e4tbara blommor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Skrapa potatisen och koka den i gener\u00f6st saltat vatten. L\u00e5t svalna tills den \u00e4r ljummen.<\/li>\n<li>Skiva gurka och socker\u00e4rtor. Sk\u00e4r gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken i tunna ringar och finhacka dillen.<\/li>\n<li>Bryt eller sk\u00e4r salladen i bitar.<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp \u00e4ttika, socker, vatten och senapsfr\u00f6. L\u00e5t det bubbla n\u00e5gon minut s\u00e5 att lagen tjocknar n\u00e5got. Ta fr\u00e5n plattan och l\u00e5t svalna. Blanda den avsvalnade lagen med gr\u00e4dde och \u00e4ggula. Smaka av med salt.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r potatisen i bitar. Blanda salladens ingredienser, men v\u00e4nta med dressingen tills strax f\u00f6re servering. Annars vissnar sallatsbladen i kontakt med syran.
