L\u00e5ng j\u00e4stid och smakrik fyllning ger karakt\u00e4r. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ett br\u00f6d som f\u00e5tt tid och extra omsorger blir verkligen en del i m\u00e5ltiden. Som en liten r\u00e4tt i sig. Och vid sidan av ett bra br\u00f6d beh\u00f6vs inte s\u00e5 f\u00f6rskr\u00e4ckligt mycket mer. T\u00e4nk en god lufttorkad skinka, g\u00e4rna svensk spickeskinka. En tomatsallad med n\u00e5gon ost och en skiva melon. Det r\u00e4cker l\u00e5ngt.<\/p>\n<p>Jag fyller br\u00f6det med pesto. F\u00f6rr f\u00f6ljde jag alltid receptet som det oftast skrevs med pinjen\u00f6tter och parmesanost. Nuf\u00f6rtiden freestylar jag med svensk lagrad ost och mandel, hasseln\u00f6tter eller n\u00e5got fr\u00f6, solros \u00e4r gott. Men basilikan ger jag inte upp.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e4ngderna \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt ungef\u00e4rliga. Jag m\u00e4ter aldrig exakt, men det ska till en stor knippa basilika, som tv\u00e5 krukor. En knapp dl n\u00f6tter, 1 dl riven ost, 1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, lite salt och n\u00e5gon dl rapsolja. Ibland k\u00f6r jag h\u00e4lften raps och h\u00e4lften oliv, men som sagt mycket ungef\u00e4rligt. Jag k\u00f6r min i en minimixersk\u00e5l som h\u00f6r till min stavmixer och den beh\u00f6ver inte bli helt sl\u00e4t. Om n\u00e5gon fr\u00e5gar mig allts\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Baket beh\u00f6ver planeras eftersom degen ska j\u00e4sa kallt i m\u00e5nga timmar. V\u00e4l v\u00e4rt eftersom det kommer s\u00e5 mycket smak med l\u00e5ng j\u00e4stid. Resultatet \u00e4r ett kanonbr\u00f6d som passar p\u00e5 en buff\u00e9, till soppa, till sallad, vid grillen, p\u00e5 utflykten och kort sagt till mycket. Jag g\u00f6r en pl\u00e5t ibland bara f\u00f6r att styckfrysa och ha till snabba soppluncher.<\/p>\n<h2>Pestoskruvar<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>12 stycken<\/li>\n<li>25 g j\u00e4st<\/li>\n<li>5 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>11 dl vetemj\u00f6l special<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fyllning<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd &#8211; 2 dl pesto, f\u00e4rdigk\u00f6pt eller egen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Smula j\u00e4sten i en bunke. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vattnet som ska vara kallt. Blanda tills j\u00e4sten l\u00f6st sig.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 olivolja, honung, salt och 3 dl av mj\u00f6let. R\u00f6r ihop till en j\u00e4mn smet.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda i resten av mj\u00f6let till en l\u00f6s deg. T\u00e4ck bunken och st\u00e4ll i kyl \u00f6ver natten.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Skrapa ut degen p\u00e5 l\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lat bakbord. V\u00e4nd den i mj\u00f6let och kavla sedan ut den till en pl\u00e5tstor rektangel. Bred pesto \u00f6ver hela ytan. Vik p\u00e5 mitten s\u00e5 att peston hamnar mitt i. Sk\u00e4r 12 stycken remsor. Vrid dem till skruvar, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t och gr\u00e4dda cirka 15 minuter till fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vill du kika p\u00e5 en grandios tomatsallad att servera till <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/tomatsallad-extra\/\">s\u00e5 ska du kika p\u00e5 inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>.
