V\u00e4ldigt mycket sommar och fantastiskt gott. Perfekt som en v\u00e4rdig avslutning p\u00e5 kr\u00e4ftkalaset. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vems t\u00e5rta? M\u00e5nga markerar t\u00e5rtrevir och den har namn efter b\u00e5de platser och personer. Pinocchio-, Britta-, Thore-, Gl\u00f6mminge-, Herrg\u00e5rdst\u00e5rta och s\u00e5 vidare. Jag ser det som ett bevis p\u00e5 \u00e4lskad och ovanligt god.<\/p>\n<p>Principen \u00e4r ett spr\u00f6tt mar\u00e4nglager som gr\u00e4ddats \u00f6ver en sockerkaksbotten. Bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och citrus \u00e4r underbart ihop och eftersom t\u00e5rtan ska upp p\u00e5 bordet efter kr\u00e4ftorna k\u00e4nns s\u00f6tsyrligt helt r\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<h2>Pinocchiot\u00e5rta med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g rumstempererat sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>5 \u00e4ggulor, vitorna sparas till mar\u00e4ngen<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd tsk vaniljsocker<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mar\u00e4ng<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5 \u00e4ggvitor<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fyll med<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>2 dl lemon curd<\/li>\n<li>bl\u00e5b\u00e4r fr\u00e5n skog eller tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd, minst 1\/2 l, helst det dubbla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 140 grader varmluft, eller 150 grader \u00f6ver- + underv\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa ihop sm\u00f6r och socker till en j\u00e4mn smet. Vispa i \u00e4ggulorna en och en. Forts\u00e4tt vispa i mj\u00f6lken.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda mj\u00f6l, vaniljsocker och bakpulver s\u00e5 att det inte finns n\u00e5gra klumpar. V\u00e4nd ner i \u00e4ggsmeten. Bred ut p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa \u00e4ggvitor och socker tills du har en gl\u00e4nsande smet som bildar toppar n\u00e4r du lyfter upp vispen. Bred blandningen i ett j\u00e4mnt lager \u00f6ver kaksmeten. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen 25 \u2013 30 minuter. L\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa gr\u00e4dden och v\u00e4nd varsamt ner lemoncurd. Det g\u00f6r inget om det blir str\u00e5k kvar av oblandad curd. Dela bottnen i tv\u00e5 delar. Strax innan servering l\u00e4gger du ett lager lemoncurdgr\u00e4dde och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r \u00f6ver ena halvan. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 den andra bottenbiten och forts\u00e4tt med ett lager curdgr\u00e4dde och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r till p\u00e5 toppen. Servera pronto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r t\u00e5rtan kan varieras genom att gr\u00e4dden blandas med n\u00e5got annat och b\u00e4ren \u00e4r fritt valt. V\u00e4lj och vraka.
